guys, my CAW isn't working, when im lauching it, it simply crashes and doesn't show any error message, i tried to add it in the DEP list, but it didn't let me, anyone know how to fix it?

How the he'll do I stop my dumbass Sims from 'capturing the moment' whenever they get a free moment . all the did within ten hours was capture the moment, it's annoying as he'll since they're now incapable of free will.

How does it work exactly?[/QUOTE] I believe it'll prevent it from crashing due to the DEP (Data Execution Protocol), which is something that only effects 64bit operating systems. Basically, once an application uses up a specific amount of memory, Windows will end the process automatically. With just the base game, you shouldn't have that problem, but once you get a few expansions going, it'll auto crash once you boot in (again, assuming you're 64 bit).

Why the hell does my sim want to pillowfight and sing karaoke all the time? Every time I right click to remove the wishes, they pop back up immediately.

Why does my game freeze every few seconds or so? Its really unplayable. I have my drivers updated to the newest version I have all expansions I have no mods or any custom content I have tried resetsim command but it didnt work I have 8gb ram I am running on the lowest settings and it is still happening.

Also, I would recommend everyone to disable memories. Not only your Sims but everyone else on town record memories, this may cause slowdowns and freeze.

Anyone know how to export the Sims 3 houses into a 3d modeling program? Kinda driving me nuts and I wanted to know if anyone has done it before.

GOD DAMMIT! I was playing Uni, just had my sim coming back from another term of excellence and debauchery at University, she was a level 10 nerd and level 9 jock, but for some reason it didn't spawn her properly back in the neighbourhood. So I saved and reloaded the 'hood, and SHE WASN'T THERE! The game bloody deleted her! 12 hours wasted because of a glitch. I haven't been this pissed or lost this much since the time World Adventured used to just not save properly.

So Sims 4 was announced. I wonder what they'll do for it that's different from Sims 3. Maybe optimize it better.

I still keep the The Sims Double Deluxe edition. By the way , are you guys aware of the sims 4?

By the looks of the logo and banner, it seems they are going back to what made The Sims 1 and 2 so great. Kind of a cartoonish style and way more humorous.

I said it in the other thread, but I'm not really sold on the idea of another Sims games. I said the same thing when they announced the Sims 3, but it took a big feature (open town and create a design) to sell me on getting the next iteration. I can't imagine what, if any, they'll have for the next one, but I hope it's something big enough to make it difficult for me to go back to the older titles.

Just fucking keep the major features fans like in the fucking game. Keep weather and pets. I really don't see the point in investing in another Sims game when it strips back a shit ton of features. Then all you get for the next batch of expansions packs is expansions packs you bought for the last game. Then new stuff like Time Travel get pushed right to the back. Tired of my lesbian sims (every bloke has lesbian sims) deciding they want to be pregnant but they also want to wahoo with their wife. Like they haven't realised they have married a woman. So artificial pregnancy would be good.

A height option would be one of the things I'm most hanging out for. I'm really curious as to what the major changes are going to be (I just hope they at least keep pets and weather).

Here's hoping the inevitable expansions won't bug it to shit like it did in the Sims 3
