Can anyone recommend University?
I'd say yes, if only for the street art skill. Also, maybe I'm making connections where there aren't any, but I think the Sims team are Breaking Bad fans. Street art is pf rad. I've been having fun with it with one of my latest Sims. [editline]asdf[/editline] One of my vampire dudes. [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/52116717/Screenshots%20and%20Images/Sims%203/jack.jpg[/t]
Ummm, so I turned on my tv a few minutes ago. On America's Got Talent they were using a Sims 3 song. I believe it was the buy mode song.
Yeah, it's used in a lot of stuff. I see it all the time on Nick Jr on some Dino Dan commercial.

I really wish vampires died in sunlight. Would give vampirism a major downside.
I really wish vampires died in sunlight. Would give vampirism a major downside.
Sunlight drains their need bars a little faster than normal depending on how long you're outside in the sunlight. It's not immediately no, but they can die by sunlight.
My guy Steve just drained this one dickhead dry with a vampire mod. His roommate Rebecca comes out to witness the reaping, and then when it's all done, Steve turns 'round to Becca and asks "Sleep well?" I love this game. [editline]afd[/editline] I found a mod that makes it harder to become a celebrity/increase celebrity status: http://www.modthesims.info/d/424239
Anyone in the UK know the cheapest place to get Sims 1: complete?
Can you guys recommend world adventures? I saw the LGR review but I'm still a tad on the fence. It doesn't look to great, but a lot of custom worlds require it...
Can you guys recommend world adventures? I saw the LGR review but I'm still a tad on the fence.
That's one of the only expansions I've never picked up. There are just better ones and it really doesn't provide that much, but I obviously have never played it and can't say much. Do you have all the other expansions?
A number of them. I have Late Night, Ambitions, Seasons, and Pets. Honestly, other ones are more interesting, but there are so many custom neighborhoods that require it... If you could point out any nice custom worlds that work with my packs, let me know, I'm getting bored of the ones I have... [editline]29th July 2013[/editline] What about Generations?

[editline]29th July 2013[/editline] What about Generations?
Generations is awesome, I would definitely get that over World Adventures.
World Adventures has one of my favorite skills, but it's useless in every world but China. It's got nice little things, like nectar making, and it has some of the most broken ways to obtain cash with ease. One makes the cheats a more challenging way to earn the money. It has great stuff with it, but the adventures part is the weakest part of it. The adventures can only be done once per save game over all families, there's issues with the travelling, or was. Took forever, and if you didn't save and quit after arriving you run the risk of a crash later on if you keep playing. And the photo challenges, I think they are better now, but used to be broken as hell. If you can find it on sale, get it. But anything over 20 is pushing it. Generations is one of those more in the background EPs, but when you have it in your game for a bit you won't want to be without it.
The only reason I can think of to get WA is that some of the best custom worlds require it.

Generations is better if you don't have it though. Dear Facepunch, Recommend me an nice custom world please? Your favorite.
*stuff*
Playing as a homeless sim is actually quite enjoyable. I don't have any belongings or job so I end up going to local community centers to get my basic needs before I get kicked out. Speaking of The Sims, any store content worth buying since summer of last year? All the store content I usually see are Chairs, Chairs and maybe a bed. I don't usually pay attention to it that often to know what the newest or coolest objects to buy are. I have seen some more unique objects I can't buy through EPs and only on the store such as the deep fryer and ice cream machine that give you an absolutely OP mood boost when combined.
How do you play a homeless sim? I thought they were stuck to a plot of land or a house.
How do you play a homeless sim? I thought they were stuck to a plot of land or a house.
I just buy the smallest plot of land available and then remove most of my money with cheats.
How do you play a homeless sim? I thought they were stuck to a plot of land or a house.
Last time I played the Sims I built a couple of shipping containers to live in.
Apparently Origin has WA and GEN bundled for the price of one. Think I'm gonna get it. I don't really give a crap about WA itself, but it does open up a lot of great custom worlds. GEN looks okay too. Thing is a few of the Generations additions seem more obnoxious than fun (Mid-life crises, rumors, teen rebellion). Can anyone attest to that?
Weren't we supposed to get a Sims IV trailer a while ago?
Weren't we supposed to get a Sims IV trailer a while ago?
There's gonna be a big reveal on the twentieth anyways.
