It was introduced with Generations but a update may have added this to the base game, I don't really know.

Sorry, I meant base game as in unmodded. Is that a bug that hits due to Nraas, or is that in the unmodded game as well? Because if so, that'd probably make me play it more.

Is anybody else irked by the new "clothing alters your Sims personality" feature? I don't want my Sims to feel anything about what they're wearing, especially rich or poor. If I want a Sim to live like a hobo in a vacant lot and not constantly mope about a new getup then so be it.
the best bonuses should come from those like full body costumes (gorilla suits or whatever)

I kinda like it. For a lot of people their fashion sense is extremely important and they're conscious about how they look. I wouldn't mind having personality traits like "Self-conscious" or "Self-confident" or shit like that that either increase or reduce the effects of clothing choice.
I'm playing The Sims 3 and my guy wants to visit a nightclub but i'm in Appaloosa Plains and i'm sure that place doesn't have any nightclubs, it has that one little bar type thing.

Yeah but that's in the same ball park as people thinking it says something about who they are, which if Fight Club is anything to go by, that's fucking dumb.

usually they don't get the wish unless they can actually go there, so maybe he does mean the little bar type thing.

To be a little more helpful though, there actually is a CAS slider mod for Sims 3, so you can at least spice things up a little.

Sucks that EA won't put something like Sims 2 Bodyshop in the next games because they don't want people to have free will to create so they are forced to buy the store crap
So I just adopted a pet, invited a female over that my sim is attracted to that has been going on dates for a few days and stuff, the pet arrives from being checked and stuff at the adoption, the lady came around, we went into the bedroom to cuddle and the pet died, after being at the house for just over an hour, then I fought the grim reaper.... weirdest experience i've ever had...

Sims 5 will be free to play and you use real money to buy simoleons and money cheats are disabled. You speed up time using clocks, you get clocks by completing wishes and landmarks but not many. You have to buy them to be able to move things faster all the time.
I know this because the future sent Hugh Jackman back in time to save the future. He told me everything. He just left to go and kill EA.
