Man, I found my Sims 2 manual but the CD key wasn't on it. :( Can't find the box at all. Oh well. I also found fucking Sims 1 expansion boxes with nothing in them in my basement.

They'll try to get rid of you by any means. When I was trying to get Spore and all the expansions on my Origin so I could play them on my Diskdrive-less Macbook I ran into a problem. The tech-support guy had put Spore on my Origin but my expansions were greyed out and said "PC Only". I asked him: "So will Origin let me play this game on both my mac and PC?" "Yes Danny, Origin will let you play this game on both your mac and PC" "Even the expansions?" "Even the expansions" "So why are the expansions saying they're PC Only? Will I be able to install them on my mac after I install the base game?" "You will be able to install them on your mac after you install the base game" "Okay.. thanks for everything. Bye" "If you're satisfied please close the conversation" He lied. I can't play those games at all.

I've got about three of them after trying to simply get one of the Need for Speeds transferred over to one of my other accounts. Afaik, essentially, you cannot combine these codes, and they are not usable on items for sale.

Been two days now, still haven't gotten the ultimate edition in my games list

This question has probably be answered already, but how do I change the sliders in Sims 3 CAS with higher values? I wanna make a character that goes out of the boundaries. What mod should I use?

One of the reasons why I've been trying to get Ultimate edition is because I keep getting this issue now: [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18318949/whhhhhhy.png[/t] Every shadow on every sim indoors. Doesn't matter if I'm using the base game or deluxe edition or whether or not I have any expansion packs installed, the shadows will always just be massive, black blocks on the floor. Reinstalling doesn't do anything either. Seems like I'm the only person suffering from this problem because I haven't seen anyone else mention it. It was working fine for a long while too.

It was working fine for a long while too.[/QUOTE] Set shadows to medium if they aren't. High Shadows cause issues for interior shadows on newer drivers from both AMD and Nvidia. I had mine set to medium last I played and they still looked quite good so it's not a huge loss.

I asked customer support if I could have a key recovery and they just gave the game no questions asked. I had the box and everything and I was totally prepared to give proof of purchase but they just gave me the game.

I am contacting EA Support to see if they will add The Sims 2 to my origin account, wish me luck!

I found my Sims 2 box that only has disks 2 and 4 in it and no manual, and the code isn't on the box. Wonder if they would give me the game if I sent them a photo of the box with the barcode readable or something.

Yay i got The Sims 2 Ultimate collection my Origin now!!

What I want is open work venues. I'm talking about actually being able to see and control your sim while in the workplace. For example, the business career. Taking place in multi-floored building where you can visibly see your sim climb the corporate ladder. Your sims starts out fetching coffee from the store down the street, filing papers and is eventually promoted to a cubical in the middle floor. You can have your sim work hard or screw around on the internet with an possibility your boss would find you and shit, the possibilities are endless. Eventually higher-ups get their own office on the top floor and order other sims to get their lunch/coffee and just live the good life in charge. It doesnt have to be limited to careers, have schools be open too so you can see kids go from classroom to classroom and you can manipulate them into goofing off and bullying the other kids and that stuff. Also, the whole boss thing was a cool concept in sims 3, but it seems like it was unfinished. I mean, having the same boss for your entire career even when you end up [I]outranking[/I] them was crap. Why should the goddamn CEO still report to the filing clerk who was your boss when you first joined? Why couldn't our sims become "The Boss"? It didn't make much sense to me

I do hate how they keep going on about the unique personality crap; they bring up how your traits given you unique interaction abilities, but you already had that stuff in TS3.
