Honestly, I'm pretty sure EA doesn't give a shit how many people get the Ultimate collection, legitimately or not, since it's a 10 year old game.

Even if the higher-ups care, it's unlikely the customer service guys do, since they're probably underpaid

Well I got the Ultimate Collection, boy does it take a while to load. Also signed up for the Sims 4 Create-a-Sim Demo.

so i'm trying to get sims 2 ultimate edition to explosivesilo, and he can't get it since the customers support guy says that he still needs to provide at least he code of the game, while i only provided my box of sims 2 seasons

Spent 2 hours talking to a guy, and apparently I didn't give them enough time to explain the process, since an hour and a half later they tell me I need The Sims 2 Base game, bullshit. They had plenty of time, I made sure that I was doing everything they wanted.

Well I managed to get it, like I said, I gave up on that chat since it was just going nowhere, so I tried with a different chat and I managed to get somewhere, however it never got to me so after an hour of waiting for them to email the product code to me I started another chat and in 30 minutes, I got it.

I did it last night, said all I had was ex pack codes and they asked for one of them and gave it to me without question. Took 10 min. This was after the first person I talked to a few days ago said I needed an original retail code of the base game.

My dad got a code for Sims 4 Create a Sim for being a 'Dedicated Sims 3 player' Which is funny, he doesn't play it on Origin, he plays it on Steam.

The detail in 4 is staggering, I made a friend of mine and resemblance is uncanny. It is almost scary.

So i spent 20 minutes with the origin customer support to change my details on my account due to forgetting information, and the guy who i spoke with not only changed it but decided to give me a code for the sims 2: ultimate collection as a special gift, alongside with a 15% off on the origin store. I feel super happy!
