How do I play the game without using Origin? Someone said it was possible? It didn't create a shortcut and the folder doesn't have an exe [editline]1st August 2014[/editline] Nevermind [editline]1st August 2014[/editline] The game isn't loading. It's like at the loadingscreen after the intro and shit but never gets anywhere

I forgot my password for the sims 3 community site and I cant seem to find a way to reset it, "forgot password" just sends me to the origin costumer portal...

I had to give up on Sims 2 because there was some lightning that made the screen go permanently white except for moving objects and when the camera was moving. Made the game impossible to play and it wouldn't go away.

I like how every Sims thread outside this one turns into "People who have actually played The Sims vs. People who haven't and like to complain about EA".

Actually, the more I think about it, the more I want to try something. We could try doing a Facepunch sort of collab 'hood. Someone/some people make the city in SC4 and we vote on the best one, everybody designs buildings and families to be used in it. Probably a pipe dream, but it's a fun one.

Well, is anyone good at the .sc4 making? :v: I could never get the hang of it myself, felt too weird to be building for something small that's huge in a different game. If we can get someone to provide us with a base though, then let's do this.

Might have a design committee holding the 'hood file to plop lots in a nice fashion. Not that hard to compile either, you literally just take the neighborhood folder itself and put it in yours, renaming if needed. Plus with the fact we'll probably end up using packages for stuff, it'll be easy to just install it to any old hood you want.

I think itd be better if we just made a bunch of Sims for 4 instead of making a hood for an old game. I feel like not too many people would be on board for ts2

Plus it's a HELL of a lot easier than CAW.

Well, I'll come up with some guidelines. Nothing can really stop us from just using a Maxis-made .sc4. I'll build up a lot just so I have something to start us off with.
