i still find it strange how once, after setting out to begin again in a neighborhood, i ended up recreating a family by memory, resulting in a weird as hell photo

Nraas had a bit of a hissy fit.
I actually think the game in general doesn't like custom towns, despite the option of, ya know having them.
I think Sims 4 is going to be the first Sims game I've bought on PC since Sims 1. I recently got Sims 2 & 3 from Origin's free game promotions, but I figure this one's going to be worth the money, regardless of pools/toddlers/certain other stuff.

Looks like babies are going to work in a Sims 1 fashion way on 4. You can only interact with the baby in front of their cribs. No more leaving babies on the floor next to the trash can :(
