I just use my wrist unless In need to go farther than a small area, then I actually start to move my arm.
Is that what you mean by forearm? Because I can't imagine aiming with a forearm.

The reinhardt charging hit the wall at a sufficient angle to just slide on it instead of stopping his pin, so he just slid all the way to the end basically

You can see the reinhardt himself doesn't actually turn much, he was just grinding you against the wall.

when other hanzos use it I get headshotted by 3 different arrows in a wide open space

Jaayser was Symmetra, I was Hanzo. I was shooting arrows at her running out of the spawn and she never turned around to shield me and 1 other guy when I sent the first message. I said thanks when they finally gave out some shields... only to be met with more hostility. I hate people.

I just can't bring myself to use mercy anymore in pub. The survivabilty of Lucio is just so much better vs good flankers like tracer when your team doesn't feel like helping you.

Headshotting tracer as Zenyatta is great but I'm not consistent enough with my aim. So 95% of my support time goes to Lucio.

I just played a match against 2 god-tier Widowmakers. Our team had like 4 people on mic and we still couldn't deal with them.
Even as Winston it was awful. When I manage to get past their team intact, I get sniped while jumping to their ledge, land with half my health, get poisoned, disturb them for 3 seconds and either die or jump out and get sniped.

I tried to annoy them with D.Va but as soon as I eject from the meka I get one-shotted. I don't know if it's the tickrate or what but in replays it looks like a quick twitch around my general direction is enough to kill me.
