Sounds about right. Warframe China was basically handled by an entirely different team, so I suspect you are correct.
Keep it as 150, convert it all to armor, give him a passive where he can regenerate armor.
I'd rather Zenyatta just move faster, and maybe have some aerial mobility (bigger jumps or something, he hovers anyways).
He's a glass cannon support, he shouldn't last long. Especially since he'd be a monster if he could survive continuous fire; only reasons Zenyattas can't slaughter anyone they discord is because it goes away if they die and right now a straight fight [I]will[/I] kill the Zen.

That's the thing. ANYTHING will kill Zenyatta. I'm pretty sure that is the only reason he floats is because he will die if he accidentally trips.
You can't be much of a support when a stray bullet will kill you instantly. Heck don't even think of playing Zenyatta when the enemy team has a sniper. Which they ALWAYS do.

Zenyatta can still support just fine; he can easily heal without showing himself, since his heal doesn't require him to be in range or line of sight.
Though Widowmakers are a bit of an issue; I was thinking maybe he could require his shields to go down before his health could take damage (i.e. if a shot does more damage than he has shields, it still won't hurt his health), so it'd always take a minimum of two hits to kill him.
I'm new to the game. Right now I'm only around level 10, but why do I keep getting matched up with people who are level 50+?

The writing has been consistently on-point since day one so it's perfectly fair.
Also writing isn't something that you have to learn on a per-IP basis. Blizzard isn't a fresh company or anything, they should know better.

Zenyatta is unique because he can actually do a lot of damage, but if you can't even pop your head out for 3 seconds to shoot a left click or put a discord orb down without exploding hes just not fun imo.
If you're going to heal without showing yourself and do nothing else, you should be playing Mercy.
Widowmaker nerf helps though I guess.

The matchmaking system is weird, to say the least. It's not like there's not enough players to go around.
I don't remember any dialogue with TF2 when I played for the first few years, just the ingame callouts (most of which was engi related chatter, need a dispenser here, sentry down, etc)
Didn't most of TF2's banter and in-game dialogue come out around the time of the Scout update?

Basically your average stats. If your ping is weird, it'll try to match you with people of the same ping. And they try to match groups with groups of the same size.

Is it a common issue where the killcam is totally different than how you died? There will be times where I'll be accurate with my shots, but not hitting them for some reason, and then the killcam shows I'm shooting the ceiling or something.

It'll always differ from the client.

If you're looking at yourself from their perspective it could be a combination of lag/lag compensation and the way the player models look. Often the third-person animations kind of flub the aiming animations a bit so that it looks good, rather than showing you precisely where that person is looking.
I'm going to miss quickscoping with widow. Damage nerf was fine, but quick scoping made easy headshots.
Quickscoping was the worst nerf they could have done :*(.
