Honestly, most of the heroes should have charge time tweaked. It's way too easy for some to get ultimates charges. The ones that jump out the most are Hanzo and his massive hitboxes, Mercy, Junkrat, McRee, Widow. Ultimates aren't cool when you have to dodge massive dragons/wolves/tires every 15 seconds. Don't even get me started on Hanzos who, with either theirs or Widow's wallvision, can just spray at corners and get ezpz headshots for an ult every minute.
Guess Blizzard went with the "we want flashy Q's all day every day" for plays of the game
every last one of Pharah's alt skins is fucking awesome, I hope to get one some day
I think it helps that I love her character design in the first place
also McCree's first alt POTG animation (the roll and fan) is orgasmic, I actually saw it in a match once

I'd really have to agree, some feel like they take too long to charge too. Lucio's is powerful for when it is up, but sometimes charging it feels like a chore and a task more than using it feels a reward.

You'll learn to hate both of those animations pretty soon.
Along with the phrases "Ho-hold up..." and "Whoa there..."
I feel like Zen's healing should be upped to 40hp/s (right now it's sitting at 30hp/s, Mercy is at 50hp/s, Lucio is at 12hp/s but jumps up to 40hp/s when using amp it up and Soldier 76's healing field is 40hp/s). Either that or buff his health OR change his 50 hp into armor instead that way against automatic weapons he can take more hits due to damage reduction but also widowmaker can't 1 shot bodyshot him.

Sometimes it feels like there aren't many maps in this game, but I think part of the reason for that is that I seem to always end up playing on the same maps.
I think I've played Kings Row maybe five times, but I seem to end up on Volskaya Industries every other match.
