Don't think it's possible to spectate for some reason. You can get around it by joining a friends game with no free slots left. It'll automatically put you in spectator.

they use final concept art for just the lower hero pick icons, then default rendered portrait for the player menu, and a separate rendered portrait of whatever skin you're using while playing.
it's lacking a lot of consistency.

I hate it when a Pharah is destroying and no one goes a hitscan character. I asked for a hitscan in a six stack and someone switched to Genji. I had to explain what hitscan was.
Spoilers: we lost because of that Pharah. I couldn't switch because I was the only tank getting things done up front.
It's kinda humiliating coming out of an intense fire fight but then getting sprayed down by a Widowmaker that's desperately shooting uncharged shots in your general direction, missing all of her shots but finally landing one that kills you because you were already low health
I just got a killcam of a widowmaker shooting 7 uncharged shots at me as I was scurrying away and she finally manages to land a killing blow
I think i've reached the point of giving up on this game.
I can't get a single win.
I can't get a single fun round.
I keep getting extremely unbalanced teams to the point where it is an absolute steamroll.
Every single match i try to play, i just end up crushed.
It's no fun, it's just impossible to even try and have fun, no matter how much i try, how much i want this game to be fun. But luck is never on my side, goddamn.

I don't play Widowmaker often but every time this happens I think "That is going to be an embarrassing kill cam. For both of us."
What is the matchmaking even based on? The last like 6 games have been a team around my level (20-30) vs 70s and 80s. Still somehow won 4 of them.

I wish the enemy's Widowmaker ult was audible, it's incredibly hard to hear. It's legit important to know too, because suddenly playing as a flanker means you have to watch out as they'll see you coming.

Gotta say at first I was never really fond of Hanzo or Genji when I first started playing. But after watching " Dragons" they quickly became my new favorite characters. Same goes for Soldier 76 and he's short.
I just got 26 Kills as Zarya in one game.
25 of those kills were in one life.

I fucking love playing Zarya when the team automatically kind of works with you.
Every time I used my ultimate a Hanzo on our team seemed to just fire his alt into my gravity well with zero communication.
I have an ideal team setup in my head and, while I don't get vocal about it in groups, it annoys me when people just skimp out in key parts of a team comp. Two tanks, two healers, two DPS. One Reinhardt, one Lucio, one McCree. Second tank can actually role flex a little bit but besides that, JUST DON'T NOT PICK REIN AND MCCREE. I have won more games with a Rein on team than lost without him and McCree is broke as shit. They should be on every team every game.

team kill just means that the whole enemy team is dead at once
