After regularly switching between Americas and Asia for a week, I've come to a conclusion that Korean solo queue is competitive as fuck. I love it. :v:
I had a WHOLE game like this. Hit someone, WHICH I KNEW I DID? Too bad, it goes through the body, because welcome to Overwatch.
That doesn't look like something that should ever happen but god damn you have 300 ping EDIT: Look at the ammo count flickering. There is clearly just something horribly wrong with your connection there, probably packet loss
ping 300 ms? Edit: late
I don't understand the mentality of "My ping is high, this game is shit" or "My ping is high, fix the game omg" If everybody else is experiencing the same thing, then yes, its the games fault, but if its only you, just sort your net out before you join a game, its that fucking simple. I see this way too often, a few times in Overwatch but mainly in Rocket League where people are like "OMG MY STUPID PING THIS GAME IS KILLING ME AND MAKING ME LOSE SO MANY POINTS" but yet they refuse to sort out their ping before they join a ranked match.

Its not like its either extremely expensive, or unavailable. Just get better ping. Totally. But yea, it kinda is our faults.
Anyone else has noticed an increese in suspicious players (in most cases Widows) predicting where other players are without their ultimates on or is it just me D:

I'm assuming you haven't tried trial and error to sort your connection out? Possibly someone else in your house using your bandwidth, are you downloading anything? Maybe a quick router restart might do the trick because something is bottlenecking it. If that fails try calling your ISP on why your internet is crap. And if you have the best connection you can get for your package, then you might want to consider not playing online games since your internet cannot handle it, or you can play it but still have latency issues which is fine if you're ok with that, but judging by your previous post saying "I had a WHOLE game like this. Hit someone, WHICH I KNEW I DID? Too bad, it goes through the body, because welcome to Overwatch." you like to moan about your internet connection even though you either know full well it can't keep up or you haven't tried sorting it out. Don't blame a game for your bad connection if you haven't tried to sort it.
Think it's time for a break for a few days, last night was filled with fever dreams with me as Rheinhardt getting killed over and over again by McCree. I really should stop playing this game so late at night.
I get game dreams like that all the time Can't figure out a room layout in DF, can't manage to finish someone off in a MOBA, and so on.
I get game dreams like that all the time Can't figure out a room layout in DF, can't manage to finish someone off in a MOBA, and so on.
My worst game dream was a nightmare about random spread I had after playing CSGO There were people trying to kill me and I was aiming right at them but all of my shots were missing
Enemy Mei PotG
I once accidentally locked a friendly Symettra in a small room with an enemy Winston with my Ice Wall. That didn't feel good.
Wait what? you can switch where you queue? how is that possible? Short of buying the game in a different region and playing on that account? I see Europeans in american games during american prime time ALL the time
yea, i worded that wrong, my mistake. its weird tho, on other games on europe servers i get like 120 ping average, on overwatch i get around 300.
120 is still not brilliant though, but it shouldn't be as bad as you've shown from that video.. Although i have just seen that you're from Saudi Arabia so i'm not sure what the connection is like there.
I know exactly why my internet is shit, and I'm stuck waiting until they can physically upgrade the wiring. I have been waiting for four+ years now.
Pretty sure you just switch the region on battle.net's launcher before you start the game. Is that an option near the overwatch play button? or when you log into t he battle.net client itself? (I assume not this one, since accounts are not cross region... at least, unless blizzard changed that in the past few years?) Thanks!
Find good mounting spot, shift click, point and shoot......Yeeeah so much skill with bastion.
Find good mounting spot, shift click, point and shoot......Yeeeah so much skill with bastion.
Just about every class in this game save for maybe 1 requires little to no skill to immediately pick up and play.
Find good mounting spot, shift click, point and shoot......Yeeeah so much skill with bastion.
To be effective against a team that knows what they're doing you actually need to move around a lot and flank. Not that he isn't easy, just requires a bit more than sit down and hold left click.
[t]https://f.lewd.se/DCIkJm_20160607141130_1.jpg[/t] The KOTH experience [editline]aa[/editline] Every Time
I ended up on a team of stacked Tracers today just by random. Overtime lasted 2-3 minutes because every 2 seconds a Tracer would rush onto the point and survive just long enough that by the time the 4-5 players there had killed them, another Tracer would come along.
Article about asking the big questions about competitive patch, tickrate, balancing, next hero and potential of crossplay: Overwatch: Blizzard answers the big questions (Eurogamer) Disappointed with the tickrate issue response, seems like Blizzard are just going to shove it under the rug.
Genji doesn't work for countering bastion. for me. His deflect isn't long enough, and when it ends, instant death. That is if the bastion is far away. Widow doesn't work either. Her full charge up sadly on bastion isn't a 1 hit kill. And he will see you and kill you when you fire that first shot.
McCree is basically the Ken Masters of Overwatch.
Zenyatta should have healing orb target health in his hud. Now I can't tell whether it's okay to switch target or not.
Just listen to the sound. The lower the pitch, the the lower your target's health is. Once the sound is gone with an audible *ping*, you are clear to switch.

I suck major dong at Genji and it's worked pretty much every time for me.
So there's still a bunch of Sombra hints people haven't found yet? Cool stuff.
