Pharah is best for turret sniping imo. But either way you should be able to kill it from there since there's a big health pack next to you.
I personally think the turrets need to be a lil less psychic or at least have some ... targetting delay if you move really fast. Unless its in Molten Core status, then it should be as psychic as it is now.
The range is too stupid to be pinpoint accurate like that. And afaik the bullets on them have no damage fall off right?

That would be nice for people just trying to get past it but it would also make it even easier to cheese them to death using a corner.
turrets DEFINITELY need a max turnrate and sensing delay.
The sensor delay could probably be similar to HIGH NOON, where depending on [i]distance[/i] instead of health, it takes a certain time to lock onto somebody. Right now you can be visible through a 5' gap between buildings and it'll pick you off from across the room while simultaneously shooting at someone in the opposite direction
turnrate delay would be negligible for distant targets, but would be beneficial to cheesing it if you manage to get close enough to it that you're running circles. It shouldn't be impossible for a tracer to outrun its aim at point blank
at any rate, even if you're within its range in that situation with the elevator, the enemy and your teammates will be scuffling on the other side of the building and the turret will be focused on existing/closer targets over there, and you'll have no pressure from enemies since they don't expect you going around that direction
Well the turret shouldn't be standing alone either way, you see someone picking it apart from a corner you go in and blast their faces with your little gnome.
People need to realise, Torbjorn has a PRETTY GOOD weapon. It's not like without his turrets he's useless.
That's why it shouldn't be that much of a nerf to have non-psychic turrets.
Plus if he feeds himself an armor pack, he's got 275HP. That's enough to blast most people up close with his RMB.

Torb's weapon is surprisingly good but he shouldn't be regularly killing Pharah/Widow/McCree/whatever other hero is usually killing turrets.
EDIT: As it is you can't easily get past the turrets without shields but I feel like that's perfectly fine because the map design makes them easy to destroy

Oh come on, I've counter sniped Widowmakers with torb's LMB. The fact that it has an arc is a really big advantage against Widowmakers if you can compensate for it.

If the Widow stands still, gets hit, and doesn't hit you then sure. But if they aren't making severe misplays there's no way to stop your turret from getting cheesed at long range besides ulting. If you have it set up for close range a McCree can flashfan it before you can do anything.
If the enemy team plays right the turret should always go down, so I think it's perfectly fine for it to be as much of an impediment as it is while it's up.
EDIT: I feel like armor is actually more important than the turrets for Torb. 225 HP Tracer is pretty nuts.
