i've got 4 levelled and geared dudes defending and i still haven't gotten a successful defense, its completely not worth bothering
Is doing the waiting room invasions worth it even? Seems to be an late game thing for big income but you might get better results sending those fighters out alone to other people's worlds.
Speaking of beasts I just got killed by a scorpion when I tried to eat it on 1hp. Ow.
to eat scorpions you gotta stomp them till they have stars over their head then pick em up
fuck this game is hard
I beat the midboss guy and immediately went back to the waiting room to store some stuff I found, didn't realize that resets the boss :L Worst part is I found out he was retriggered by accident, beat him again, and then forgot again and ran back to the Waiting Room I'm never going to get to floor 5 because my dumb ape brain wants will never remember to go up the stairs after beating him :pudge:

Not multiple times though, mind you. :v:
I read the FAQ on the games website and it has a list of countries where it's available and then this:
If you are outside of these territories, you will not be able to download the game. We are currently considering additional regions and will update everyone as soon as we have official information to share. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Sigh, and here I thought I wouldn't need to create a US-account to enjoy all the content this time. I guess I have to do that again, like with PS3.
Anybody have any advice for dealing with crowds besides trying to make them damage each other as much as possible?
explosive mushrooms
also poison mushrooms
Reached the surface and my badass super-dude character gets ripped apart in seconds. Shit.
explosive mushrooms
That's usually when accidents happen. And that's after you remember its left side of tocuh pad, not right. Pressing right is a good way forthe mushrooms to have a disagreement with you. This also true when you try to bring up the menu and have Dark Souls 2 SotfS in the mind for some bloody reason.
Currently unable to really play the game, running into a connection error at the first floor escalator, despite the servers being fine for everyone else. :( Curiously, it doesn't appear to affect all of my characters, my oldest character appears to be able to use the escalator fine.
this game is so damm good.. I got 5 fighter slots, got 3 of them defending my base and 1 doing expeditions to rank up some cash and my main guy that i use to farm. All of them nearly maxed out

I really want to play this game, but not enough to make me buy a console that will be outdated in two years.
I'm aware you can increase you storage capacity for the waiting room by spending death metal, but is there a way to increse your fighter's carry capacity?
This also true when you try to bring up the menu and have Dark Souls 2 SotfS in the mind for some bloody reason.
Same thing happened to me, I put myself into REM sleep for 20 seconds lmao I don't think I'll ever pick up a lethal poison mushroom, too risky
I'm aware you can increase you storage capacity for the waiting room by spending death metal, but is there a way to increse your fighter's carry capacity?
Not that I know of, outside of the express pass which adds 10. The different classes of characters have differing carry capacities though.

Stuff such as the tear gas fungus you can get from stomping frogs do seem to useful for low levels, just to get some extra points on damage or health. Something just to keep in mind if you havent realised, sometimes its better just buying dead characters back instead of going out of your way to beat the shit outta them. It depends really if you are fussy over their equipment, loot and experience since beating the shit out of them makes them lose all three. Although buying back can be a good way to screw yourself over with money problems for a short while. Death is quite a kick in the balls and i've not experienced it too much in other games. At least at the stage i'm at i can buy a full set of armor and a reliable weapon.
Okay, figured out my earlier issue, for those who may encounter it in the future. The game was spawning a character I deleted as a Hater and whenever I killed that Hater and finished the floor it would create a connection error. So, just to be safe, maybe don't delete any characters that are dead and if you do and they spawn as Haters in the future, just avoid them. :v: Oh and if you happen to come across a Hater by the name of "MisterFlexi" on the first floor in riot gear and using a bat, for the love of God don't kill them, I assume you'll get the same error I've been getting.
Man, I got raided 4 times while I was asleep. My guards did nothing :L Also, getting a recipe for something called a "flame wand" in my daily reward is maybe the best way for the game to tell me "Hey, stick around. There might be some cool stuff coming up"
What do i need to do so COEN stops spawning? each time i go to the 3rd floor he keeps spawning even though i have killed him like 4 times alredy
It's better to just avoid the mid stage boss outside of farming coins or ranking up a character I'm assuming you can keep doing dons as well because of the fact this mid stage bosses and dons are part of quests
What do i need to do so COEN stops spawning? each time i go to the 3rd floor he keeps spawning even though i have killed him like 4 times alredy
Just get the elevator on the next floor and you'll never have to fight him again! Unless you choose to.
I think the only enemy I actually hate fighting in this game is Jin-die. Everything about her is just annoying as hell to fight.
So what's the incentive to not just punch everything to death? My fists seem to be out-damaging most weapons.
So what's the incentive to not just punch everything to death? My fists seem to be out-damaging most weapons.
Range has seemed pretty important in my short time playing Most weapons stunlock way better as well
I've found the light-light-heavy combo to be damn near unbeatable. I beat the midboss without a single hit doing that.
I think the only enemy I actually hate fighting in this game is Jin-die. Everything about her is just annoying as hell to fight.
I just got to Jin-Die. After Coen was such a push over I wasn't expecting this bullshit. There's like no window to attack her if you're using melee, aka 90% of the weapons in the game. [editline]6th December 2016[/editline]
So what's the incentive to not just punch everything to death? The displayed damage I do with my fists is 10, the displayed damage I do with my +4 hammer is like 47 or something.
Alright, i have to give Red Hot Irons some props. They are godly for dealing with a group of enemies with a rage move.
Okay, I beat Coen for a third time and this time I even remembered to go to the next floor and find the elevator Also hey, does anyone know where the stamp machine is on the third floor? I though I explored all of it but I must have missed it
