Horizon Zero Dawn on PS4 Pro, unfortunately had to add a pass of auto-contrast to some since HDR isn't implemented in screenshots, so they're darker than ingame.

I wish there was an open beta of this.
There still are quite a few bugs, network issues and optimization is very wonky, but the core gameplay loop is really fun. Little touches like animations for opening doors, changing your walking speed using the mousewheel, dropping magazines on the ground when reloading and having to pick them up again, metal and rubble causing louder footstep noises, your gun having a physical presence, and the costumization system gives the game such a slow and tactical feel.
The whole thing is a lot more close quarters than all other survival games. I really like it. Just needs more maps.

I think it's the only time you intentionally get jumped when you're on a bench in the game.
On my last playthrough (years ago on the Xbox 360 when I was a wee lad) I never used that bench and I never got attacked because of it.
There a lot of moments like that where you get unique encounters that don't get repeated which keeps you guessing.
I mean heck, the reason I turn around there is because of the whole "sometimes you get a silent necromorph sneaking up behind you" thing which I think only happens a 4th or a 5th of the time.

Luckily for me the AI is apparently too stupid to use a ladder. In the ARMA 2 version, these guys had red glowing eyes and had zombie AI, so they would chase you down until they killed you. Quite scary at a night if you didn't had any weapons.
Also they can withstand a few shots from a .50 cal.
