If you have the horsepower and dont mind some weird shadow tru interface, i just see like if the ui had transparency, im also running 1440p dsr so it might not act same, otherwise try one of the other preset down the page

the ambient occlusion in that game looks terrible

Reshade add MXAO occlusion, without it its barely noticeable, and can be adjusted.

cnc3 was really an amazing game considering all the mess EA made of the CnC franchise, its just amazing they stayed out of it and let their studio actually make a solid rts with old school live cinematics and a well written story, too bad they fucked up the expansion and subsequent sequel and ruined the entire franchise
