I will never understand how Croteam is able to make such beautiful levels on such a small budget. You see AAA games with 10x the budget and almost never look as good as that.
In all fairness, the main structure of the Talos Principle is about few hub areas and then the proper puzzle levels, which use the same assets and scenery over and over again (nor that it makes the game less plesant to look at)
The thing is, the AAA games industry is having a huge boner for open world games, which can't allow for complex or detailed level design most of the time

And [sp]Serious Sam as Elohim[/sp]
Seriously I need to buy this game
[editline]4th February 2016[/editline]
Not to forget the other mini-game called Sigils of Elohim.
I never really played the old tomb raiders when i was younger (though i used to watch my sister play), and trying them now I don't really find the controls to be annoying.
But then again, I seem to be one of very few in existence who likes the idea of having to make sure you have enough room to pick up speed to do a running jump, or anything with slow movement. I'm really not a huge fan of newer platformers where everybody seems like either a freerunner or the most experienced climber on the planet and you jump from ledge to ledge with no problem. It's probably why i prefer the original prince of persia games as well.
while i'm inclined to agree it's also understandable why so many games simply have a button that lets you scale walls or jump from scenery to scenery. the biggest problem with older games is that if you were aimed off by even a centimeter you'd propel yourself off of a cliff and even if you touch an interactive object like the adjoining surface you'd still plummet to your death solely because you missed the inch marker
we live in a day and age where jumping puzzles and stuff like that are a thing of the past and honestly i'm more than fine with that. i don't really want to sit down and spend 20 minutes trying to perfect a jumping puzzle that's completely holding up my enjoyment of a game

I'm glad the game is more like Blood Money and a lot less like Absolution.
Wow, that looks great.
I love the minimalist style that they're going for with the HUD and overall aesthetic.
I figured out what DCS was missing. It feels so good.

Bought the limited edition Forza 6 Xbox One a few days ago, the game looks pretty nice imo.

Maxed out everything the alpha allows. Obviously not final. I'm also not getting more than 30 fps even though I uncapped it, alpha I guess.
army men is a trademarked name
The games are so so old now that I wouldn't be surprised that if whoever owns the trademark remembers that they own it or even cares about it considering how poorly the last few games in the franchise did.
Also there's a indie game literally called Army Men 3 right now and I think it's still going.

Isn't it free though?
If anyone wants a free racing game, EA Origin has NFS: Most Wanted "On the House". It's the recent Criterion version.
Really enjoying the car variety in this game. I love how there's actually cars like the 8v Delta instead of the HF, also some Citroen Saxos, 106 Rallye, etc.

HUD seemed very unfinished when I played the closed alpha so while it may stay similar expect some changes.
