The DOF kinda hides it in the second one but Forza 6 has the best road textures I've seen so far in a game. The wet roads like that one look the same in gameplay.
My greatest grips with the game are the thing being advertised as a MMORPG
Bungie never called Destiny an MMO. The most they did was use the term "MMO-ish" just to get the idea across that it was a co-op game with very minimal focus on lobbies and instances. Also Destiny went through some weird story overhauls during development that kinda left the result a bit barebones, vague, and very very succinct. The expansions add useful info and flesh out existing/new characters, and then the Grimoire cards help with tiny bits of general lore, but that doesn't really help the game.
Wasn't Legend of Korra pretty stinky?
For me it was like one of those tv-series / movie-based videogames from the PS2 era. Wasn't bad but I didn't like it afterall, never finished it and it had some serious annoying enemies, specially those robot bosses.

Yesterday I remembered you can do panoramic shots in VUE and probably use them in Tabletop Sim. [t]http://i.imgur.com/eOK5Y6a.jpg[/t]

I guess this is the stuff that gets you killed when you're afk BF1942 [vid]http://puu.sh/ndkbr/6ab8f47a89.webm[/vid]
I want hardcore single-player/co-op tactical shooters to make a comeback and not in dumbed down Ubisoft way (i.e. Future Soldier) because ARMA is only one game (and frankly, not the most accessible/user friendly one that you can simply plug-n-play) and all others are either dead or anything but. [T]http://i.imgur.com/0ndLljF.jpg[/T] That's what I like about classic Ghost Recon - it had reasonably big levels, not cramped linear corridors and not overly huge disorienting landmass. Just right to have enough place for all your tactical maneuvers and small enough to exclude "very exciting" 3+ hours of idle marches of Operation Flashpoint and get killed by landmine you stepped on. (Full-on simulation of ARMA is fun in it's own way but it's not something I'd play on day-to-day basis) Lack of active narrative also adds to the immersion, and due to game structure, unique in-game situations sometimes can create more than half an hour worth of cutscenes. Like what happened during my co-op session. First mission, nothing too difficult, just go in, clear out one camp, grab the package, retreat to exfil. Everything started smoothly - we eliminated tangoes at the look-out, hit the camp from two sides and made a clean sweep - they never saw what hit them. We were facing hastily trained militiamen - easy targets with minimal risk. Few minutes later we were at the caves, one squad provided outside cover while other was making breach and clear. Grabbed the package, cleared out the caves, only thing left is to go back for exfiltration. This is when everything went sideways. As we were making our way back we were ambushed by enemy reinforcement. First squad got shredded to pieces as they were in the vanguard. Teamleader got shot in the head and marksman took two rounds in both of his legs. Support gunner lost it and started shooting in random directions which resulted in friendly fire to the second squad and death of the 'package'. Enemy was shooting from, basically, every direction and it took us awhile and 2 more casualties before we managed to neutralize them. In the end we had to leave behind our injured marksman as his injuries were making him too slow to wait for him while enemy sent second wave of reinforcements. He kept screaming "Don't leave me!" as we were running away to exfil zone until we couldn't hear him anymore as his voice was drowned out in sea of gunfire from the new enemies. Some elite unit we are, huh? Permadeath for characters is harsh(for feels) but it's "a must" for this type of games. Because if some Captain Mitchell fucked up and got shot he should be dead and replaced and game should continue instead of "We cannot continue without you boo-hoo".
it's worth noting every video i've made of men of valor is from a 30 minute chunk of gameplay, so i can't wait to see how fucking janky the rest of the game is

First (training) mission of the new Hitman game (it's the BETA).
While I've never played an Hitman game, so I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, I'm still not sure that an open world formula is suited for a stealth-based game But that's it, we live in the age of great open world boner
It will not be an open-world afaik. They talked about large maps.
Playing some War Thunder accompanied by one of my favourite game themes Warning: it's a nostalgic cheap shot to the gut [vid]http://webmup.com/77ff6/vid.webm[/vid]

FOR UNCLE SAM
Well, most of you know that exact same cutscene (well, Bowman dies from getting his head cracked open, not shot but that is minor details) is included in the first Black Ops but what was the original? I can't seem to remember where from exactly... I think it was a Chuck Norris movie. What was it?
