i had another video made of the prison world but i must not have been satisfied with it because i can't find it anywhere.
the general feeling i get about this game is either nobody knows about it or it's not really liked (though this might not be true, i see a lot of positive reviews for it anyway) and i can understand that. it was a departure from the previous games in terms of gameplay, being a thirdperson game (with a firstperson mode) and having platforming puzzles and all of the other things that come with the change in gameplay.
guess this will help show gameplay better. i found out about this game on complete accident because of a dumb joke about a CS:GO map.

it had an online component that i think is still on life support to this day. i've never managed to play with other people though. (granted it's been about a year since i've played.)
you can kind of see how some of these things made it into the singleplayer with the relto pages, which add things to your hub world. it was fun collecting all of them, and the game had some really pretty environments if you're able to look past the aged graphics.

An indie MP game only has one chance to build a playerbase, so it is a good decision not to go into early access with limited features.
It is really fun and they also want to add land battles aswell as multiple ships per side.

Haha my brother did that same thing back in Uncharted 2 somehow. I guess there's some mechanic that makes it so grenades stick on top of enemies for some reason

2017 is the first one?
If it is then, well, it's the same but better. I mean, even missions are direct copies (first shootout in the city, then underground, then beach landing, then open fields, etc)
but this game has 4 soldier classes (new ones are useless, if you're not using ranger then you're doing it wrong)
better graphics (somewhat) and weapons now look actually different from each other (instead of all assault rifles being M16A2s now you have M4, G36 and even something resembling AKM and RPD)
Bugs now explode into gibs and overall number of enemies have increased for extra fun
Also, pretty good optimization and you can play it from keyboard and mouse with no problems (unexpected from niche Japanese nonamers first release on PC)
If you want to buy it, you should do it sooner because there's a discount
(at least in Russia you can buy it for like, 10 dollars)

It's a shame Skyrim didn't really get much in the way of mods like Unique Landscapes for Oblivion. That mod really transformed the game.
