Black Desert Online would be a pretty promising MMORPG if it wasn't Korean and confirmed to be pay to play
It's being published by the Western branch, who took feedback from the first beta and actually traveled to Kore to dsciss how they can 'Westernise' the game more. Our version is drastically different from the KR/RU version.
What's bad about being pay to play anyway.
I draw a distinction between pay to play and buy to play. Pay to play would be subscription based, which last I checked Black Desert Online isn't going to be in the West, it'll be buy to play.
Yeah, it's a pain in the ass trying to create people in the game. It still looks somewhat similar to the stock face I used. The game seems to prefer more of an anime look no matter what you do, and making a face that doesn't go with that look usually doesn't work out incredibly well. At least the character is attractive. :v:
Every female model looks like they had plastic surgery done to them, which is fitting since it's Korean :v:
Pretty much the first thing I've done with every female character I've made in the creator is immediately remove all the shine from them so they stop looking covered in glitter and plastic.
All this talk about Korean MMORPG is making me thinking about Ragnarok Online again

We did a short trip of around 1000km and during that trip my housemate had been in five accidents, three of them was because of other people ramming into him. Also, after driving a DAF more than 1500km i've decided that DAF is trash, it's hard to control and likes to slide around if you have a heavy trailer behind.
"short trip"
Assuming you were driving at 80km/h average, that would take 12.5 hours.
Even at a really high speed like 120km/h, it would take still over 8 hours.
Do you dedicate your entire lives to this? :v:

It's scaled down ingame....It usually takes around 1 hour to do longest trips

1000 in-game kilometers. They can't really have 1:1 model of EUROPE in the game
[editline]24th January 2016[/editline]
1400km takes like 70 minutes when doing legal speeds

I even gave all of them custom names.
Game is Bloodbowl 2
Does anyone know the name of that rpg that had a voxel-based engine? You could shape the terrain, create structures and it would be destructible too. It looked like a normal rpg game, not like a Minecraft game. I remember being very interested in it a long time ago but can't remember the name. It probably was abandoned somewhere during a Kickstarter or something but still

Can you be more descriptive, what theme was it? I can think of several voxelized RPG-ish games.
-Cube World
-7 Days to Die
-SubNautica
-Terraria
-Starbound
-StarForge
-Rising World
It's not Cubeworld, there was no creating things although bombs could destroy some ground.

Yeah sorry, pretty tired. It's not one of the games you've mentioned, nor the ones above. It's third person and I remember the game being in two parts: the sandbox part which they showed of and the "game" part which was still heavily wip or maybe even non-existent at the time. I think the devs also had weekly or monthly streams where they played the sandbox portion of the game.

Could be Castle Story? Maybe 'Dragon Quest Builders'? Dunno much about the rpg-y aspect (if any) of those though
