In this screenshot I'm using a trainer to change the character's outfit (It's from one of the mission), same with the bag.
I'm also using VisualV, Prone mod, Raider's Violence mod, Bakas Realistic Weapons Sounds, Refined weapons and gameplay and Jridah's weapons pack (The weapon in the screenshot is the FN FAL DSA).

Is there any way visually to know it's the remaster? To me it looks almost identical.

I'd say one of the biggest changes as well is there's a lot less pop-in. I see it every once in awhile, but only for a split second and for the most part I don't see it at all.

Bought it on sale and was worried as fork that the game might stutter like crazy and overall just perform badly. Glad I was wrong. Experience was quite opposite, game ran smooth as a butter with all maxed graphics settings including PhysX.

The Witcher 3 if you don't count the character customization, unless changing builds, hairstyles and armor counts as deep character customization, otherwise it fits all other reqs.

The Division, but I'd only recommend it on sale because the gameplay feels grindy and it's a pseudo-mmo.

Your best bet is a souls title or something from Bioware
