So what IS this? I recognize the CSS version of Dust2. I recognize the mw2 weapon and npc. What I don't understand is how the fuck these two items coincide right now. Is this just mucking about on Gmod or something? I'm utterly fucking baffled by this.

Don't think so, those dynamic shadows aren't really a thing in GMOD last I checked, and specially in SMOD. I think that's some Unity based game, because I've seen that playermodel (or at least something pretty similar) before in one of those engine demonstration games that unity had in their website.

Yeah, only the AA and blur samples get enhanced in photomode. Anything 3D or reflection related is untouched which is strange.

The map is what I guess is a nighttime version of Dust, but it doesn't look like the source engine though.

Is this a mod of the Unreal Tournament 1999 mod Infiltration? That is the only thing I can think of that even remotely resembles these gifs.

Thats what I was thinking too, looks alot like a customized version of the Infiltration mod. If not that then the other possibility could be True Combat Elite mod for Wolfenstein Enemy Territory
