There was this game that i played on a demo disk on PS2 years ago that i cant remember it was a horror game and you could get infected to remove the infection you had to go to a machine if you didnt make it in time you died.
The name of that game has been bothering me for YEARS now some insight would be appreciated.

Nailed it. This is what ive been looking for.
Played a game a long time ago, only things I can specifically remember was the tutorial involved a stealth section, and the game had this weird mechanic where you saved using a item, but when you did the item(think it was a crystal) made a big flash of light that alerted nearby enemies.
Just replying to myself because I found the game, it was called Outcast.
I just remember playing an old, unknown kids game (for Windows 3.1, I believe) in which you start in a neighborhood view like in The Sims where you could click on objects for fun to play animations and then select lots to build buildings on in a 2D isometric view with lego-like building blocks (no studs at the top, just dots). There was no objective and no other gameplay as even the characters you could place inside the buildings were simply built with static building blocks.
I found it in a bargain bin and it must have been somewhere in the early 2000s as my sister always wanted to play The Sims at the time and I remember telling her that it was "just like The Sims" (even though it was more like Lego Digital Designer with a surrounding environment).
I've been thinking about a game I played a long time ago, it was probably in one of those game compilation disks on PC back in the 2000's. If I remember correctly you played as a woman in an isometric game where you hide/ fight dinosaurs or just raptors. The raptors were red and the game was island/ jungle theme. Thanks.
I remember a game I used to play when I was little on what I think was the original xbox or maybe PS1 where you were in a huge blue mech/robot, I remember the first mission was a beach scene total carnage with plasma being thrown from one side who was fighting to the other. I think I remember you could change your mech into a flying machine as well and you were taking over this island with it and your allied army.
Hard to describe since it was so long ago but I forgot the name to it a long time ago however I still remember it being a great game. It was a sort of FPS/3PS with features you could unlock as you progressed in the game (new weapons/armor) i think

From what little I've played it it reminds me of Battle Engine Aquila.

I remember playing a game at an arcade in a theme park about 25 years ago... I don't remember much, it was a side scrolling game, I remember the first stage, which was set in a supermarket; you rode down an escalator I think and you could knock over a box of fruits (tomatoes?).
Unfortunately, that's all I can remember, haven't been able to find it ever since...
It's a 2d platformer with pixel art. You play as some sort of animal, and every other animal is hostile and trying to kill you. The animation is also procedural as well, and there's a feeling of solitude with it
Edit: Nevermind I found it, if anyone wants to know it's called Rain World. It's not out yet though
Oooh boy I barely remember anything about this game but ill try.
It was on the PS1 and was either Isometric or fully 3d. It was rather cartoony and I believe the player character had blonde hair and was quite bulky. I think most of the levels were based in fancy factories and other such futuristic areas with green being a colour I remember being a big thing. My memory is telling me green sludge but I can't fully remember.
I believe your character had some sort of gun and there were platforming elements.
There were a lot of I thinks in here. But this is all I can recall.

Shit yes that is it, thank you so much!
Looking for a rather old game that I only played once.
It's from 2000-2010.
It was a racing game with a couple of licensed cars.
But there was one customizable car that you could sculpt to your liking similar to how Need for Speed: Carbon did it.
I never played it myself, but I remember years ago looking through my uncle's vast CD/DVD collection (he used to play Delta Force, BF2, BF2142 etc) and I found the case for a multiplayer military FPS that seemed to be of the same kind of genre. It had vehicles and huge maps and I would've sworn it said the server capacity went up to 60-80 though don't quote me on this.
One of the screenshots in the case/manual was of a soldier riding a motorcycle whilst another soldier rode on the back with a rifle at the ready, if that helps.

Nevermind, think it was Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising.

If anyone can name this game, if I'm thinking of a legit game and not a concept, because this feels way too familiar to be 'a bunch of games' but it's (I believe) an adventure type game that.. may/may not have had world/perspective switches like Soma or Singularity in it
p. much you do all this shit and find out you weren't the one saving the world but caused bad shit to happen and you were more an anti-hero or an unknowing villain or something
Apologies for how vague these details are but I'm blanking so hard
The game I'm trying to remember was created by a Facepuncher, and it was a skill based Unity game where you were a cone shaped rocket that could turn clockwise, counterclockwise, and thrust. If you touched anything with anything that's not the bottom of the rocket you died. The goal was simply to get to the end of the level under these constraints.
Edit: It's Flowstorm. Sad to see that the thread activity just flatlined like that.
Trying to remember the name of this top down shooter for PS1. It was similar in setting to Doom, grungy marine tech mixed with demonic shinanigans. There was a flamethrower upgrade at the end of the demon that was awesome, then you walk into a room and it zooms in on your dude and his weird realistic face.
I played a demo of it when I was a kid and thought it was super fun, but I never play it besides there.

This one may be "Loaded":

The game was included on a demo disc bundled with the PS1 in Europe.

Wow, that pretty much checks all the boxes, but definitely isn't the game I'm thinking of lol.
The one I played used all 3D models, and I remember there was also a "smart bomb", screen clearing mechanic too. I think the game was a little later in the life cycle of the PS1 as well.

Nevermind, I found it.

Bruce Willis in Apocalypse. I was just about to say the main guy looked like the dude from Die Hard... which definitely makes sense. Also my mistake, it's not entirely "top down"
I remember playing an old cartoony point and click game about some pirate kid and his weird blue bear-thing friend?
They're on some island, hunting for treasure, and at the end you can choose to keep this weird island heirloom or a huge mass of treasure, if you choose the heirloom thing some woman gets mad at you.
I also remember one of the first areas having some puzzle with someone in a damaged hot-air balloon blocking another route.
It used this weird launcher thing, the icon was an isometric drawing of an eye with water rings around it. It broke a lot.
Because I was so young (probably 3-4) I called it 'Mooply and Dooply' for some reason (probably because I couldn't pronounce the name of the game correctly).
And like every other game I played when I was young, it was pirated, so no game box or anything.
Any ideas?
I remember a 2d sidescroller game where you play a Robocop like character and the game was extremely gory.
The game was on DOS I think, or maybe Windows 98.

Braid?
I remember there was this weird game for the PS2 where you were a scientist who invented something that blew up the world, and you had to put it back together. Anyone know what it is?

Abuse? Not exactly Robocop-like though.

Nah, that's not it. But this game looks cool.
There was this cool game where you had battleships, and you could swap out all of the mounted guns and stuff on it and fight other battleships.. I think it was on PS2?

This may be either Naval Ops: Commander or Naval Ops: Warship Gunner 1/2:

There was this old DOS-era game where you play as some sort of square spaceship going inside techno maze.
If I remember correctly, ship couldn't shoot, only move around, which kinda made this a puzzle game mainly. One of game's gimmicks was that you could use your ship to push different complicated objects (Think like several welded tetris pieces) around, moving them out of way, untangling their interlocked combinations, etc.
There were moments when a single piece sticking out of wall of a corridor you can barely fit through is preventing you from progressing and you have to go all the way around to find the stick you you need to push in proper direction to remove that annoying obstacle. And then you go all the way back...
I can barely remember anything else, besides the fact that the game was pretty hard, as you could accidentally let out enemies which would proceed to chase you down. Never got far in that game.
