windows is activated, i'm sure of that, since i got it for free at the start with that whole promotion action

10+ agrees on this post and i'll do that. Personally, I don't see what the difference is. We just use the thread to talk about Halo, it says what it needs to.

Is Halo: Online ever going to be added to the OP? I know it was short-lived and is now dead, but it's still a pretty neat piece of Halo history and in my opinion deserves a spot in the OP because it is, after all, an official Halo game.
We're going to forget it like how people forget about Call of Duty Online.

Okay I FINALLY got the thing to actually start downloading. Made a new microsoft account and then change the region settings on windows itself to US. Not sure if the new account helped but it seemed like the region thing did.

i finally got around to digging up some dirt on the grenade launcher today. still trying to figure out how to spawn the REQ weapons for real though (these are basically just texture swaps for now).
i cant say which is which but here are some strings that probably highlight what theyre intended to do

I'm having problems re downloading Halo 5 Forge now.
I don't know why because I was able to download it fine the first time through the bundle but now when I try to re download it I get the error message 0x80073CF0.
I tried uninstalling the Halo app and try download it again but it still happened and then I was able to re download the Halo app just fine, so I tried it on another game, Forza Apex, to see if that would download and it did no problem, but whenever I still try to download Halo 5 Forge I just get that same error.

Is it just me or are these melee only gamemodes really crappy with the super low FOV
I like slayer as well but if I wanted to play that exclusively I'd just go play halo 5 on the bone. I understand not a lot of people have it but still. I like fun maps and modes.

I don't have an xbone but I'd still rather play actual gamemodes instead of gimmicky shit like that.
Forge was my jam back in Halo 3 so i'm going to have SOOO much fun.
I'd rather play Base maps and gamemodes because custom games are often currently bugged when it involves scripting.
Yet everyone still tries and we are in lobbies more than we are actually playing the game.
