This trailer had great footage but terrible music choice. However, we are a bunch of debbie downers/negative nancies - we are judging the game off slim pickings of shown footage and our experience with their previous games. Maybe they'll surprise us. I'm giving them this one last chance to create a good game and if they fuck it up I'm done with Bioware.

People are still really mad about ME3, so they're shitting all over Andromeda, which is fair honestly. But the game looks really fun.

The facial animations, apart from the eyes, are just better compared to previous BioWare games, which makes them a little bit more stuck in the uncanny valley, but I've been playing pretty much every BioWare game starting from Mass Effect 1 to Dragon Age: Inquisition for the last month or two and it's never really bothered me in the game. The only times I can even see the dead, awful animations is when I specifically focus on them.

It's just... bad, everything about it is bad, the face, the proportions, the textures are bizarrely shit compared to the lovingly rendered dappling and detail in the male's, I just... It's honest to god like a nexus mod tier 'Sexxy female-ified' version of an all male species made by a modder with no modeling, texturing or design skills. The human nose, the big bulbous lips, the blindingly bright cheeks making it look swollen, how huge the head looks. Like the only thing that's missing is the huge honking tits and it's like Bioware only barely resisted putting them on the female because they somehow realized it'd make the design completely irredeemable. Did they go through years of development with the angara being an all male-ish species before someone down in the writing crew was like 'ew no an all male alien species would be gross' and the art department had to fucking shit out a female version in three days? what the fuck

I think the only person I would romance is Vetra because none of the other females really interest me. Besides, female Garrus

Vetra and Drack look to be the most interesting squadmates to have out of the 6 to pick from. Vetra is going to be the ideal romance pick, and Drack seems like a total bro I'd love to have just killing a bunch of shit together.
