Mass Effect Megathread: He said "I should go." Do I sound like that? - Games

Anyone else feel like the limbs in characters who are wearing armor are a bit too thin? Looks almost like cybernetics to me.

I've been watching gameplay now that it's starting to come out and man, the facial animations are so distracting. So robotic and they don't flow very well. Liam's dialogue in particular also sounds... tinny, but that may be the video I was watching.

Synthesis solves the conflict by removing it in the eyes of the idiot that holds the entire deck. The Leviathan were really bad at programming AI it seems. May be an aftereffect of they egos.

I hope we see a mass effect game go the Dragon age route at some point so we can pick a different race to play as in the single player campaign besides human.

I've watched 6 streams of that part, and I've never seen anything quite that hilarious happen.

I'm curious if there's a reason there weren't any Heretic Geth Reapers. It'd essentially be just that, a giant fuck-huge flying server farm that the Geth would want, and they'd be readily available for the Reapers. When the various species start running out they can just scoop up some Geth and give them both what they want. Sure, it wouldn't be the normal bio-mechanical setup, but I fail to see how this would impact the construction considering the Geth operate somewhat similarly to Reapers already in terms of consciousness.

From all the streams I've watched of the first mission, the only thing that felt really jarring was how the dialogue would just cut off if you started to sprint, though I guess it could just be the streamers trying to get the most out of their limited time.
