I'm currently preloading the game. Anyone else have their mouse pointer occasionally stick to the middle of the screen during gameplay and cutscenes?

The flavour text in the emails and stuff like that is honestly pretty great. The constant Joss Whedon-ish "youthfulness" gets a little bit silly sometimes in the conversations, but in a casual environment it's honestly real fun to go through.

Where do you pick up the pathfinder weapon set and scavenger gear from the deluxe edition? I figured it'd be the terminal on the desk in your quarters, but I didn't get it. I pre-ordered after I played the trial and continued that character, would that cause any problems?

So apparently there was a patch that changes Female Ryder's face to look a bit nicer, but my default choice hasn't changed, despite the game being fully downloaded and not needing to download anything else, what gives?

I'm really enjoying the game so far. Only played the first two hours or so, just got to the Nexus, but it's fun. Combat is smooth and enjoyable, the exploration on the first world was great and I expect the other worlds are even better. The voice acting is good enough for me, Mass Effect always had quirks anyway, and the occasional hilarious animation is fine. Hopefully it holds up tho because man, $80 fucking sucks.

There's a couple people/threads claiming that its "patched"

so the general consensus is that custom asian femryder is the best looking?

The game feels a lot better without the trial timer breathing down your neck, so far I have found exploring Eos to be quite fun when you can take the time for it.
