How would control work for a me4 if set in the future. I doubt there would be much threat to the galaxy if you could just call a reaper or 5 to take care of things.
It could work. Just call it 'narrative difficulty'
Guys, can anyone help me with save editor? Used it long time ago, once, and totally forgot everything. Just finished ME1 again and Kirrahe died on Virmire (yep, i always miss that damn re-fuelling platform for drones). I remember that you need to change one option, but i dont remember where. I would be very appreciate for help! Also 1 more question, is there any kind of mod, that allows you not to triger IFF in 2nd game after 2-3 missions? I want to recruit every member and do their loyalty missions first. Actually, i want to take Legion everywhere i can. Never done this before, interested in his dialogs.
Isn't getting Legion early better to do via just adding him in, not doing his mission ASAP? He has dialogue on a lot of early mission if I recall.
Not sure why I didn't think of asking before... Anyone interested in multiplayer on PC, I'm fairly new and any guidance would be helpful? Add me on origin Angus726. (might be Angus725 if 726 does not work)
Not sure if this has been said before, but is it just me, or is there a lot less dialogue choice in Mass Effect 3 than the predecessors? It's irritating when Shepard speaks for you most of the time -- I know it kind of gives it a cinematic esque and defines Shepard's personality a little more, but compare ME2 dialogue choices with ME3 and there's a big difference.

It got changed for whatever reason. Which is a shame, because Legion is an awesome squaddie. So many good memories of being an engineer, then taking Legion and Tali with me on a mission. Didn't even have to use guns.

In the previous games, I felt like he was a blank slate and I was defining him. I love both, but the transition between the two is a bit awkward.

It would have been awesome if the training mission was you playing as Legion trying to recover Shepard.
It would have been awesome if the training mission was you playing as Legion trying to recover Shepard.
I could see the Geth partially rebuilding Shepard and testing him out at different phases of completion. Like, they get his basic motor functions going again and see if he can walk, run, take cover, shit like that. Then from there they'd give him a pistol and see if he could shoot. I'd have loved something like that, especially if it opened with Legion saying something to the effect of "Shepard-Commander. Welcome back. We must now see if our modifications are adequate. You will remember none of this."

The game was supposed to open with you playing as Legion, cruelly shooting up hapless humans and running off with Shepard's body, except it turns out Legion was shooting up shadow broker agents to prevent them from doing evil things to you, and then the geth resurrected you for the greater good. vat a tweest.
So yeah, uploading of Collected Fates has been pushed back on account of corrupted data, on the flipside, I managed to scrounge through it and find my Eden Prime draft. The others being ideas on Noveria, Therum, and Feros. I also realised that I never got around to describing any weapons in the draft. So here's a query: Should I stick to ME1 weapons (agree), or go to weapons from 2 and 3 (disagree)?
I'd say use the weapons from 3.
Assuming you go for control, In my head canon Shepard repaired the relays, helped out a bit, likely repaired the citadel relay too and then basically said "We'll be back in 10,000 cycles." and returns to dark space to give them a second chance + more time to find a way of solving the eezo problem.

I despised all of the endings, and my head canon is usually based about taking a fight and finishing it. The best part? I never spoiled my idea for the ending throughout that post, other than it not being space magic.
Does anyone else think they should have just made one ending that destroyed the Reapers, but determined the after effects (like the fate of all synthetics, the Relays, etc.) by using info from your playthrough?

Throughout 1 and 2, your choices are affecting the galaxy in a way that can vary hugely, as well as building your Shepard's character. Instead of ending it with the payoff of seeing how your galaxy copes with the Reapers, they made 3 endings with little focus on what made your playthrough unique, and it was so bad that it's still being discussed over a year later.
I just saw a N7 Slayer in multiplayer with a black widow he didn't use his powers at all not even once
A little rap song I found about ME. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=XLStg_XLEaI

In fact, the first time I played mass effect 3, through the entire mars mission I was just thinking "WHERE THE FUCK ARE MY DIALOGUE TREES?". It was annoying enough that I put off playing the rest for like, a week, because I was so pissed off about it. Along with that, am I the only one who gets the feeling that almost EVERY dialogue option in the game has a paragon intention, just that it's said in a renegade way? I mean, I'm predominantly paragon, but when I take my ren-shep through the game, he basically MEANS the same thing with renegade options, just he says it in a more direct way. It seems it killed the whole "Dialogue affects the story immensely" theme that the first two always kept true to.

What's the funest class/military specialization in ME1? Doing a replay of all the games, I tried Soldier in my first playthrough.
I'm gonna have to say Adept. The singularity is hilariously powerful in ME1, and it's awesome 'cuz it throws furniture around. You can really only use it once per firefight but in conjunction with your other powers that's all you'll need.

Lift and throw sends enemies flying into space.
Plus the Bastion specialization makes Stasis one of the best powers in the game.
Man, the UNC: Rogue VI mission just wrecked my shit, took me more than an hour to finish it. At least I have my specialization class really early in the game.
Hey, if it's worth adding as an enemy type it's worth sending at the player in copy-pasted droves.
