Star Wars Gaming Megathread Episode II - Attack of the Season Pass - Games

People won't be dominating if they spend money. For example the cooldown on Barrage from Level 1 to Level 4 is only 8 seconds. Which is hardly anything in the scheme of things. Yes, it is still 'P2W' but its not as bad as some people think, they're not some super boost that will make someone dominating. They will still need skill, and skill cannot be bought.

I also feel as if [I]Dark Empire [/I]connects better plot-wise as a sequel to the OT than everything started by [I]The Force Awakens[/I]. The "sequel" trilogy is really only a sequel in name only.

RoTJ was a shit film with some good parts in. I'd be happy if they just redid that episode of the OT, so long as they kept the emperor dying and "let me look on you with my own eyes". I don't know much about EU but shit like the emperor cloning himself and stuff just wouldn't fly to a modern audience.

I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and try something new, especially if it comes with the benefits of not splitting up the community and keeping all content relevant.

Also the Ewoks make the Empire feel weak and ineffective. Everything else though is pretty good [editline]1st October 2017[/editline] Its still the weakest of the three, but its not shit

I was rewatching Rogue One, and noticed the Scope visuals in the new BF2 trailer matches how Cassian’s scope looked like when looking through it Also a great narratorless breakdown of the BF2 trailer. I don't know if it still works but if you download best buy app on your phone, search "Battlefront 2", find your console of choice, and then click "includes one free item" you can purchase an early access beta key for 10 cents. I got mine in like an hour~ But I bought it last night so not sure if it's fixed

I've had them delay key delivery for 12+ hours after games have launched so I don't wanna take any chances that the same will happen with beta

I feel like it really shined when it came to playing instant action or the space strategy mode with someone else. However the single player aspect of the game truly peaks when you start to delve into the vast number of mods that have been created for it. I mean there are tons, and a lot of them are really good.

To be honest though BF1 is a hell of a lot better and had much better mods.

The new battlefronts are pretty harsh with mods, right? I'd really like to see a near-photorealistic version of Umbara, that dark planet from [I]The Clone wars[/I] cartoon. With the shitty jedi general and locals who had strange tech, and the odd local monster. Easily one of the planets I'm most interested in, though unfortunately something that'd need a lot of unique assets. Fortunately it's dark as fuck so detail's not super necessary.
