Finally got my armor and swoop set up on EMU. Rollin in $$$. Next stop: marksmen expertttt.

So we finally figured it out? Can I start installing now? I think for now at least, the best thing to do would be just play the EMU. While i don't like it as much as NGE, it's one of the more stable SWG projects at the moment. I wouldn't trust legends based on what i've read, although i might be misunderstanding things. The code for SWG reborn was made open-source yesterday however, which hopefully means an end to all these problems now that one team doesn't have control over it all.

I might be wrong but it also seems legends is pretty much just a rename of a previous failed project that had terrible team members, or at least those people are working on that project as well.

Legends is far from a live server so I will feed my needs with emu. If Legends works out, great

I'm just sticking with Legends because JTL was my favorite part of Galaxies and it feels empty without it to me(I did get into the game relatively late I'll add). If it shuts down, sure I'll go to another server. But I'm hoping it doesn't and that the people that left were the people starting bullshit. [/QUOTE] As far as i know there aren't really any other servers unfortunately, the few I've seen seem like they aren't just normal NGE SWG. Hopefully that changes soon.

I think the DLC will probably be disappointing if you're expecting stuff from the old games. Though I'm secretly hoping for a Death Star map I'm trying to think of places big enough in the OT for all the game modes. If the DLC maps use all the gane modes. There really isn't any. I'm guessing they will have some PT planets and maybe 'new' planets like Sullust was Would Walker Assault on cloud city work? :v:

Reverse the teams so the rebels are defending the walker.

If the map packs were only sticking to battles that happened in the OT(not expanded universe stuff, only in the movies), we really wouldn't have map packs.
