with the trial, when it's downloaded does it need to download again when the full game comes out?

Don't think so. Beta had a "Star Wars Battlefront 2 (Beta)" folder and trial is just a Star Wars Battlefront 2 folder when downloaded. On another note, 4v4 hero mode is really fun. Is kamino the only map?

Apparently lore friendly heroes for either specific maps or factions are cheaper. Which is kinda a bad idea considering at the moment FO only has a single friggen lore friendly hero, compared to Resistance having Luke,Rey,Han, and Chewie meaning more people can spend less on these four heroes and in turn basically constantly roll them out against the enemy to the point they'll have two or more attack you compared to you cheapest one.

All SWTOR servers are back up following the merger. I don't seem to have lost any character names, so that's nice

How big is the BF2 download, I kinda want to pay for a month of EA access to try the game as I didn't get to play the beta as I didn't have a graphics card at the time it was out(old one broke and was waiting for a new one)

If you queue and finish 3 war zones (pvp) or 3 flash points (pve) before the 27th you will unlock an achievement that serves as a voucher to recieve Darth Hexid as a companion. You may remember the DvL event where Light won and we unlocked Master Ranos, the Chiss Jedi babe? Now the dark side Darth Maul babe we didn't get is up for grabs. Best of both worlds. I really enjoyed the space battles in the beta, but with that much heroes I'm really thinking about cancelling my preorder. It's like a whole different game. Plus I wasn't fond of the star cards giving you straight boosts, and the campaign seems to be really short... I'll probably wait for the first sale.

55GB, well that's probably gonna take me about 55 years to download but, I may just have to

Yeah I was surprised by it being 55gb. Pretty damn huge, least I wont have to re-download it all later as the trial is essentially the full game.

It literally is. All the files are there, including the full campaign. It just runs the trial exe. Allegedly someone on Xbox had their trial glitch and were able to play the entire campaign. Three levels in the Inferno Squad doesn't really seem that likeable. It's like they should really watch that one Mitchell and Webb sketch [sp] THOSE REBEL SCUM SHOWED THEIR TRUE FACES. There can't be order until the entire galaxy is under our heel [/sp]

Lotta people were really displeased with the Republic in general because they weren't able to actually keep the peace and senators and shit just living lives of luxury and what not. To the average citizen, wanting to bring the Republic back wasn't such a good idea.

The one part of the armor that's not unique is that it's using an imperial pilot helmet model Did you call dice lazy for using a TIE pilot helmet for Iden's crew, which this is inspired by? With all the stuff they're doing (just spent over 24hrs continuous work yesterday trying to merge servers ontop of delivering the next update) they could've easily done nothing Last battlefront they just gave people the thermal retention gear and tauntaun for free

I just feel like The Old Republic's rendition leaves a lot to be desired, especially since a seasoned player's eye will realize soon enough that all the pieces of the set are pre-existing gear pieces with a different color and maybe something new and very small attached. I know it's free and all, but these things bother me far more than they should

Any other weapon lore people here bothered with how they treated the DC-15A blaster rifle on the Clone Heavy? It's supposed to be a slower firing hard-hitter, not a bullet hose. I feel that they should swap models with the Assault's DC-15s carbine, so that it's more in-line with how a long rifle and a carbine should function accordingly.

Nah, The DC-15A can be used as a bullet hose. They do it in the movies at least once, during the droid attack on the wookies probably more

Haven't played the trial yet, guessing customization is definitely not a thing and is randomized?
