They are probably going to have like 2-3 maps per planet, like the different locations on the planets we have now. And I'd honestly rather just have multiple planets with 1 large map than the same planet with the same content and same assets just placed differently. Though, I am fucking stoked to see Bespin in this game. I'm sure it will be incredibly beautiful.
having 1 planet that contains multiple maps is fine, it's kind of like BFBC2 except stupid and not fluid. However, locking a gamemode to a 'map' is a fucking horrible idea, every 'map' should be compatible with at least more than one gamemode.

At least we get the death star. I wonder if we'll get an actual space battle. It'd be fun to have people fighting inside and an evacuation when the outside people kill the death star the movie way. Or maybe the imperial royal guard guys. As a costume or as a remodel for the shock troopers on the map. Wonder if its gonna be new hope or ROTJ. Likely ROTJ, every design in the game is from Empire/ROTJ and no New Hope for some reason
Yeah, how would Fighter Squadron work on the Death Star? I'm guessing it will be outside on the surface. Each DLC is suppose to add a game mode right? Maybe there will be a gamemode unique to the death star where you need to blow it up or something. It'd be a new game mode. They didn't say they refuse to make space battles, just that they don't have them. It'd make sense if they had a battle inside the death star and then the powerups for vehicles fly are there and they fly around the outside and both inside and outside players help each other. It'd be totally different from your typical space battle. The reason the classic space battles don't "work" is you can't land a ship and climb out because they have those stupid tokens instead of having them lay around and be entered. But if there was only ONE "capital ship" (the death star) it'd work because there'd be no reason to leave with the intention of landing inside a hangar to fuck something up, since you're already in there. It'd be like a gigantic walker assault, except ground troops are fighting INSIDE the walker (death star). I imagine maybe the inside the troopers are defending shields with uplinks ala walker assault, and outside it's a fighter squadron type deal and the x-wing players are responsible for bombing runs when the shields are open. Instead of the walker going to a location, the death star is charging its weapon to fire. It's the new DL-44, then. It was basically a shotgun DL44, what the DL44 utility should've been the whole time. Up close I can get 1 shots or maybe 2 shots, but you'd have to be super close, unlike DL44. Also heats up after 2 I think. When I played with it i was confused why dl44's stats were just OP edition of it. Hopefully with this change ca-87 stays in its drop zone CQB king role and the DL44 becomes more like a magnum or deagle in other games works.

I'm glad they updated it(though I kinda expected the pilot suit one from Battlefront 2 just because it stuck out more). Seeing ROTJ Luke on Hoth was silly as hell to me.
