You know thinking, the one time that i beat Kotor1 was my no lightsabers run.
the final boss was painful with only pistols, but i managed.
I replayed Dark Forces 2 as of recent. The live action scenes might be cheesy but I adore them. Too bad the expansion or Outcast didn't keep using live action cut scenes.
Those fmvs were my favorite part, heh.

Is there anyway to play DF1 like dooms GZdoom engines, I want to play them but it's so blury it's unplayable for me and DF2 my mouse look is ALWAYS inverted even when I change it and the controls are wonky

I was on board until the Gran in the opening pops up. Christ.

Look at that thing.
for what they tried to accomplish on making live action star wars sequences i think tehy did pretty well
i mean its by all means innovative and imaginative but
that gran looks like it was risen from the dead what the fuck

it looks like the mask from return of the jedi after sitting in the closet for 15 years.

Grans are assholes.

I hope you like grenades.
Alternatively in outcast, Rodians on every ledge.
Grenade Grans are the worst thing in DF2, I spam quicksave before every encounter
I was watching a video of the PS2/XBOX Ep3 game, the MP Dual mode doesn't look half bad. If you both select the same character, the other player gets an alternate skin and sabre colour which is cool.
I remember liking the Single Player as a kid, had the Xbox version.

I had so much fun dueling my friend in that game. Really fun.
This was the video I was talking about

The PS2 version emulates very well.
Since I'm lacking new games, althought I have unfinished business with Star Wars: The Old Republic, I was put in the mood to replay The Sith lords
I'll see if I'll be able to play as a dark side character this time around
EP3 was a good dueling game and the singleplayer was decent IMO

I find it much easier to be dark side in TSL than in KOTOR 1, since the dark side options aren't outright dickish.
Decided to let my dad have a go on Battlefront, just a quick 2 minute video, the best part is at the end when he throws a grenade at the back of a stormtroopers head

Recently been trying to play Jedi Knight Academy and I've been facing a really strange issue.
When I launch the game manually using either jasp.exe or jamp.exe, it only will launch single player. Even when I launch jamp.exe it's still just singleplayer..
When I launch multiplayer through steam, it just crashed after the first screen.
What?
Maybe it's a windows 10 thing?
could be, I'm running win10 and I have no problems with the game.
some updates regarding lego star wars tfa
- 3 level packs, 5 character packs including favorites from rebels, the clone wars and more
- playstation exclusive jabba's palace and empire strikes back character packs (this is on top of the phantom droid level and that other droid pack)
they need to stop this exclusive nonsense.
Neither of those surprise me at all, they've done it for their last 3-4 Lego games.
have they? i know they're doing it for marvel avengers as well, but i never noticed it before that.
Maybe I'm just mis-remembering.
honestly, i have no clue. these are the first games that afaik have had sony attached to them simply because of their involvement with the films.
LEGO batman 3 had DLC packs and some exclusive items, iirc.

It's funny, when you said that my mind immediately went:
"Really, I haven't played the lego movie game but Before that was the complete saga, there was dlc or anything back then?"
My mind just glossed over 5 years of games.
I'm sorry, what?

I can't see this going over well with LucasArts/Film
