do you think the bespin outfits are available as regular customization options or are they restricted to bespin itself?
well, like it was said, he is a younger version. honestly, most of the choices in tcw from what i've seen have been fine, they kept it fairly mature and dipped into the kids part a bit, but not too much.
Come on guys, when was the last time any of us trusted Georges judgement?
You know i hate when people post stuff like this, You do realize that Star Wars is and was his idea, story and creation not ours so whatever changes he wanted to make or do to it he can.
We may not like them but it's what we have to deal with cause it was created by him and not a huge community fan base.
I for one never stopped trusting him.

You can use them anywhere they are a regular customization and i plan to start pissing people off wearing it on hoth and endor like i do with the no stormtrooper helmet =P
The origins of the new weapons in Bespin. Though the Disruptor Rifle is wrong, the design came originally from Star Wars Galaxies.

It's not wrong, it shows canonical sources instead of Legends ones.
Also, these guys in Visceral's concept art, seem to be wearing ISB helmets. They also have a walker and an R5 droid in Imperial Colours so, probably imperials? Or people who took Imperial gear.

Well they didn't specify canon sources, they just said origins in the reddit post.

that's probably ea talk for "never buy the next one instead lol"
They probably wouldn't have said they were working on it if they never planned to do it.
yeah, but they were so sure about that spring release, i can't imagine it being very hard to set up an additional menu, they just decided to push it back and focus on dlc instead, aka where the money's at.
calling it now, we'll either get it just before the next one, or they'll skip out on it altogether and just tell you to get the next one.
Alright so i'm data mining the new patch/update/DLC for Battlefront and it seems that while we didn't get the offline content we was told we'd get in spring, it is in the files and from what i can tell it's going to be a full or half port over of the MP to SP.
I've found stuff in there for spawn menus,hero/weapon/vehicle pickups and character customization.
While i haven't got it all extracted just yet there are empty folders labeled Gamemodes but once i get everything extracted (again) it should all be there.

That's good news! What game modes have you found for them so far, or haven't you yet found out?
There are only 2 modes at the moment Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron
Here is a photo of it and everything else.

See, now that would be worth picking up the dlc.

You wont need to buy DLC for this it's going to be free for everyone that owns the game.
no, i meant for playing the dlc maps. since pc mp is dead, i can at least get my money's worth through instant action. of course, i plan to buy the dlc as cheap as i possibly can. also, from the looks of those pics it seems instant action will have some sort of co-op, if it's online co-op then that's awesome as hell.

Yeah it'll have co-op just like Missions have co-op.
Do the menus function yet? In other words do these modes work yet? Plus is the season pass stuff to be included?
Found this on reddit.

Oh, a Star Wars Rebels reference! I though they were strictly sticking to the OT. Obviously they have run out of guns there.

They are sticking to the OT. When they say OT, they mean the Galactic Civil War Era.
That includes all of Rebels and Rogue One.

One problem with that statement, they added the Trandoshan Shotgun from Republic Commando and the Clone Wars.
Wookieepedia doesn't consider the Battlefront one the same weapon, but they're both based off the SPAS 12. The ones in Battlefront and Clone Wars are more clean in their design.

You know it wouldn't seem that out of place to see a dc-15 in the civil war Era. Think how many surplus rifles there must be. They could have easily ended up on the black market and sold to the rebels. It seems kind of weird that there was no reference to clone wars Era stuff at all, even just a blaster or 2.
The Clones in Star Wars Rebels IIRC still have their rifles, though they probably maintain them regularly if they can. So they could still be used.

DICE is running out of weapons from the OT movies. They only one I can think of off the top of my head that they have not added, is the blaster Leia has on the Tantive IV.

there's probably some new weapons in rogue one that they'll add.
I'm curious as to why they haven't added any of their own designs.
Are they under direct orders from Lucasfilm not to produce original content?

Funny thing is part of that weapon is in her holster on her Endor clothing.

Pretty sure the missile launcher is a "new" design.
I don't recall seeing any in the movies.

Her pistol on Endor is a different model, shorter barrel though both are the same modfied real life gun
But yeah, that is weird.
god damn, I want one of these, but the cheapest in 55 Mil. I should have seen that coming
