The guy from the TFU1 DLC was Starkiller gone full darkside.
they obviously don't exist together, since tfu1 was the original starkiller and had vader dead, and tfu2 was a clone and vader lived in both endings.
I would absolutely LOVE to get people together for SWG legends
The guy from the TFU1 DLC was Starkiller gone full darkside.
I swear I read on the DLC description for his armor in TFU2 or TFU1 that he was a predecessor or successor or something [editline]24th July 2016[/editline]
they obviously don't exist together, since tfu1 was the original starkiller and had vader dead, and tfu2 was a clone and vader lived in both endings.
yes they do, leia becomes a jedi in tfu2 dlc just like it was implied in the end of TFU1 when luke gets killed in the dlc, and hes still dead
yes they do, leia becomes a jedi in tfu2 dlc just like it was implied in the end of TFU1 when luke gets killed in the dlc, and hes still dead
He didn't die though. Luke turned to the dark side and became Starkillers apprentice.
He didn't die though. Luke turned to the dark side and became Starkillers apprentice.
This, starkiller took on "fallen luke" as his apprentice so they could kill the emperor.
I swear I read on the DLC description for his armor in TFU2 or TFU1 that he was a predecessor or successor or something
No. I'm pretty sure the opening crawl for either ANH or the ESB DLC says he's star killer [editline]24th July 2016[/editline] In fact, you fight Dark Starkiller as a force illusion in the Jedi Temple DLC
So, in Skirmish mode if you never join the game and just hover on the faction select/spawn screen, it won't actually start the objective, but the AI will still spawn and fight, forever. From reddit [t]http://i.imgur.com/LlArrO4.jpg[/t]
It's my understanding that the final chapter of Knights of the Fallen Empire (SW:TOR), "The Battle of Odessen", will be released on August the 11th Time to resub for a little while

And then the next expansion is out in the fall. [editline]27th July 2016[/editline]
Don't forget the HK-55 Bonus Chapter for people that were subbed ever since Knights of the Fallen Empire came out.
Don't forget the HK-55 Bonus Chapter for people that were subbed ever since Knights of the Fallen Empire came out.
I think that was a bonus for people who were subbed at a point I wasn't subbing the game That said, I had fucking enough of HK droids and HK-55 remains my favorite (and, if what I heard about [sp]SCORPIO's[/sp] fate is accurate, it'll be my new perma companion for my main)
Yeah Bioware said they're not doing anymore HK-55 themed bonuses, they were not very popular I guess, or people were just tired of them
So when are they going to release all chapters for late subscribers
Erm what? I thought Subscribing at anytime has always unlocked KOTFE. [editline]28th July 2016[/editline] Yeah, being a subscriber unlocks everything, they never locked it away. Just subscribing a certain time before a chapter comes out gets you it a few days early.
Honestly one the dumbest things they did with KOTFE to turn really stupid for KOTET is; [sp]Pretty much making SCORPIO betray you.[/sp] This was easily, the most predictable thing they could've done, let alone trying to make it interesting is going to outstandingly hard. [sp] I would've accepted Valkorian some how bringing Thexan back to life,Arcann still being the main villain, etc over fucking SCORPIO. It would've been a real twist if she actually was destroyed or didn't betray you.[/sp]
I did take a long hiatus from Battlefront until recent weeks but even so, man. Finally hit Rank 50. Now as much as I like the mode and am pretty decent at it, I don't want to touch online Fighter Squadron for a long time... But hey, I can finally be a Shadowtrooper and Blue Alien Waifu...er...I mean Twi'lek xD Question: Gonna work on some more hutt contracts in the coming days. The Ion Neutralizer, is it worth it? That was the next one I was eyeing.
The Ion Neutralizer, is it worth it? That was the next one I was eyeing.
Seeing as it only stops AT-STs for like 3 seconds, no, it's not really that useful. It's pretty fun to hit strafing airships with it and see them slam into the ground though.

Though I guess the knocking out of low flying starfighters is good for a laugh.
This is what I get for getting addicted to an MMO.
Galaxy In Turmoil is no longer a Star Wars game after LucasFilm sends Frontwire a C&D. http://frontwirestudios.com/the-future-of-galaxy-in-turmoil/
I don't know how anyone could have seriously expected anything different to happen.
I was pretty much expecting it too. But it makes me worry a little that EA could go after the modding communities for the first games too. It's good that they will continue Galaxy In Turmoil as its own thing, which is the best thing that could happen in this situation. The EA situation isn't forever. In the future, LucasFilm will be able to approach other studios. But right now, this is how it is.
I've scubscribed to Star Wars: The Old Republic for a single month in order to bring my one character to the finale of Knights of the Fallen Empire I have to say that the last two chapters I played today to catch up (the Mandalorians and GEMINI ones) didn't exactly improve my opinion on the expansion, having roughly the same old issues as the previous ones and I'm now extremely worried about the state of the game at large if Knights of the Fallen Throne will follow the same format On a story perspective, it's clear to the player soon enough that the main plot point of the expansion is going to be their character taking on both Vaylin and Arcann. Yet an incredible number of chapters is spent on basically useless filler where one or more companions from the vanilla game get introduced again and then help you piss Arcann off while he mutters how he's going to crash you Also, there's no romance content to be found anywhere, the choices you make are pretty much pointless and esthetic and the last chapter they released has [sp]SCORPIO betraying the player and assuming direct control of the Ethernal Empire's forces[/sp], something that honestly feels like something the writers pulled out of their asses just to create suspense (and if in the final chapter the whole thing will be used to force my Outlander and his enemies to cooperate, I'll uninstall the fucking game) As far as the gameplay goes, every chapter is basically a half an hour hack-and-slash game with the Skytroopers of the Empire in a dungeon of choice (which may, or may not be made of recycled assets). At the end of said dungeon, you have to face a boss who either can make himself invincible at times and send mooks at you (something that increases the lenght of the fight artificially) or an enemy so powerful and cryptic in his strategy that you'll die once or twice before putting your OP companion of choice in healer mode and kick his ass At this point I'd really like for them to close this game's experience altogether and come up with a new single player game. These "expansions" are starting to feel like damage control more than anything else
So with the last chapter of Knights of Fallen Empire coming out and playing it, I can only assume the person Senya is facing in the first picture of Knights of the Eternal Throne is [sp]Vaylin[/sp]
I'm not an expert on the subject, but the mysterious figure seems to have a male figure
I've just finished playing the last chapter of Knights of the Fallen Empire, "The Battle for Odessen" The whole thing felt ... adequate, to me. Despite the chapter's name, you get to navigate yet another spaceship dungeon with the same enemies you grew to "like" for the whole expansion, you reach Arcann, battle with him, defeat him and that's it No important decisions to be made, your romance with someone barely aknowledged and several plot arcs kept unresolved Also, congratulations to whoever thought it was a good idea to make [sp]Vaylin, a one-note flat character with one of the worst voice acting I've ever seen in any media[/sp] the co-antagonist of the next expansion I really don't know what to think, but, more importantly, what to do with the remaining subscribtion time [editline]Today[/editline] Also, things and people start to fuck you in the ass without you having any say in it
So after alt hopping awhile and playing the "sell cartel, get cartel" market game, I decided to knuckle down and keep playing the KOTFE story on my main Sith Warrior. Now before the expansion, I romanced Jaesa all the way through. I then ended up Romancing Vette all the way through which seemed to have ended my Jaesa romance. Expansions starts, and I get an email from Jaesa, as if she was the romance that stuck. Ok. So I get the the chapter Proft and Plunder where Vette comes back aaaaand...the game treats it as if she was my romance. Crap. Now by this point I had been romancing Lana and to be fair, I feel she suits my Sith Warrior more. But of course this means I have to break up with Vette. So after staring at my monitor for a good 10 minutes... [t]http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e329/Chaos_Shadow2237/SWTOR/Desktop 8-12-2016 10-14-06 PM-360.png~original[/t] Easily the worst I have felt in a long time playing a game. Characters in Bioware games can be acted a little too well... I'm also guessing my whole stint with Jaesa is done too if she ever comes back in the next expansion? Oi my head hurts.
http://starwars.ea.com/starwars/battlefront/news/news-from-gamescom So, new Game mode in the Death Star expansion, which is basically 3 game modes rolled into one
The new mode for the expansion pack shown at Gamescom is named Battle Station. This unique mode has players battling across 3 phases - each with a different objective. In Phase 1 you’ll be flying X-wings and A-wings against TIE fighters and TIE interceptors in space! The main objective in this phase is for Rebels to destroy enough TIE fighters until their Y-wing support can come in to weaken the Star Destroyer’s defenses. Once vulnerable, Rebel starfighters can attack the weak spots in an effort to bring the Star Destroyer down. In an effort to help defend this key asset for the Empire, players along with AI ships will be set up to help defend the Star Destroyer. Phase 2 will have players fighting inside this iconic space station among areas inspired by the classic trilogy. Rebel infantry will be tasked with extracting a priority droid from within the Death Star. Amidst the chaos of battle, you’ll be able to gain an advantage by taking up arms as our new heroes Bossk and Chewbacca! And finally, in the culmination of the new mode, players head back into space where the Rebels need to end the battle once and for all - by blowing up the Death Star! Players can become the hero of the Rebellion, Luke Skywalker, in his Red-5 X-wing as they attempt to destroy the Empire’s ultimate weapon. But beware as Darth Vader has been dispatched to protect the Empire's asset in his TIE Advanced. Other new content will also be coming to the Death Star expansion including new Star Cards and Blasters, in addition to the aforementioned Heroes, Bossk and Chewbacca. Make sure to check back for more details as the Death Star expansion will become fully operational in September.
[editline]17th August 2016[/editline] Oh and in the second phase, your extracting R2-D2, and a player is assigned to play as him him. That sounds like trolling waiting to happen. [editline]17th August 2016[/editline] Players who Spawn on Luke in the final stage become Biggs and Wedge. This might be the first DLC I actually buy. Maybe the Rogue One DLC as well depending on the content.
