Star Wars Gaming Megathread Episode II - Attack of the Season Pass - Games

Well Maul in BF2 is based on the EP1 Maul, he sounds very controlled in the voice clips released in the game play. [editline]26th June 2017[/editline] Anyways Maul in Clone Wars is arguably a different character from EP1, he was defeated, his master abandoned him, hes probably traumatized.

Well after reading some shit about Maul, he had some weird junk looking spider legs for a while and lost his shit, I imagine shit like that would have a lasting effect.

Yeah, when Maul was introduced to Clone Wars he was driven insane, abandoned, and alone on a junk planet. He had made spider legs from junk to get around, and all around was a babbling lunatic until he was found. He still very much had issues from then on.

Both the Battlefront 1 and Battlefield 1 Alpha's started in July, how much you want to bet the BF2 alpha will also be in July? I can see a lot of people disliking the crate system. If you're willing to dish out money for crates then you're obviously going to get an advantage over other players. At least until everyone catches up. I personally dont mind the whole RNG element. It could encourage experimentation with abilities I otherwise wouldn't have used. Like in bf2015, I haven't even unlocked all starcards after hundreds of hours because I'm so accustomed to my current favorite loadouts.

Does anyone know how long the closed alpha is? Says it starts tomorrow but doesn't give an end date, if its just a day long thing I don't see a point in me wasting time downloading it cuz I won't be around tomorrow.

I got a code as well, don't remember if there was something I signed up for. I think it's an option in your EA account settings?

I like how some people piss and moan about about the crates being a thing, like, are they forgetting that all DLC is going to be free or something? Or do these people just want to have their cake and eat it?

damn would have loved to get into the alpha. you can say that you're interested in being in testing events for various games on your EA account but there isn't a thing you can select for Battlefront/Star Wars

A little disappointed it's still 40 players, but I'm optimistic the content is going to be a lot more diverse.

Corra has been digging through the alpha files over in the modelling subforum for anyone interested, check the Star Wars thread They changed the format of the files so he hasn't extracted any models but he has names and such [editline]28th June 2017[/editline] The found a reference to a clone Commando special character I'm not getting my hopes up, might just be DICE's internal nane for something ekse

Delta Squad as in a set of clone commandos with those names and appearance are canon, the Delta squad from the game and book however don't exist.
