charlie missing in that pic
boi you were just as bad, you just happened to be blobbing in the woods a little to the west instead.

So they're apparently already working on some of the stuff that's going to be in the Tank DLC and some of it is also already on the dev branch. That tank recoil is sexy as fuck.
I can see the tanks using the old config just flip every shot now. *Imagines T-55 shooting and doing a backflip*
There must be an FPArma olympics in here somewhere, 100 meter tank drifting and tank shotput when

Most of Sab's aircraft are shit because they're janky rips from a F2P flight sim and the cockpits are sub-OFP trash, but there are a few goofy aircraft that work decently, a flying boat that would almost be usable by us if it wasn't a trashy asset, and this motorized paraglider that can collapse into a backpack. It's not exactly Sunday op material but I've been thinking of an FP Olympics or an FP Survivor or even a scavenger hunt, a mission where just getting from place to place without being shot at is part of the fun. Making everyone fly from place to place in these would be fun. :v: It'd be a hella funny way to handle respawns in a less-than-serious op, too. And just think of the TvTs and comfies this could cause. :v: [editline]a[/editline] Like an urban night TvT where both teams on the ground have no NV, only flashlights, hand flares, smokes, the usual. Each team has two pilot slots with NVGs and paragliders with special addactions attached: drop flares and drop clusters of UXO. The paragliders have no weapons so the pilots can't shoot at each other -- but they can coordinate with their ground teams who can chew the shit out of the unprotected enemy pilots.

Bananas) while autonomous drones slowly activate and start chasing the players. Last man standing/highest count at the end is the winner.

Who wants to be trapped on Porto with zombies and killer drones while you pick up cash, bananas, truck wheels, and empty sandbags as commanded by smarmy leaflets threatening you with inescapable death if you don't comply? :v:
There must be an FPArma olympics in here somewhere, 100 meter tank drifting and tank shotput when
we did armalympics back in arma2. might be worth a revisit
Yup.
This is what it's been building up to, fellas. Board your helicopters; It's time to take Chamkar Yeak by force, in Masters of War! https://fparma.herokuapp.com/events/event/co-jungle-highway-ch-4-masters-of-war [t]https://files.catbox.moe/p9ops4.png[/t] https://fparma.herokuapp.com/events/event/co-jungle-highway-ch-4-masters-of-war
Since I'm on set on weekends I never get to play with you guys anymore, but I do love seeing what you're up to. miss u also my fav video from FPARMA
Started getting into ArmA 3 now that I updated my computers CPU, MB and RAM. Surprised at how well I've been getting down the controls and also how much more enjoyable the SP campaign has been with the music turned off (despite the music being good). Definitely wouldn't mind some tactical shenanigans with a group.

If you decide to play with us, there are a few details you'll probably want to know. First, we have a bit of a beefy modpack, and instructions for downloading it are here. You can save yourself a bit of time by downloading CUP Terrains Complete, Weapons, Units, and Vehicles directly from CUP's downloads page, and then extracting them into the desired folder for your Arma 3 mods (it's not recommended to use your A3 Steam folder, but it CAN work) before running Swifty - if the files are in the right place Swifty will recognize them and skip them while downloading the rest of the modpack. If you download CUP Terrains Complete you don't need to also download the Terrains Core/CWA/etc. files, as they're all bundled in Complete. Also, we're currently in Vietnam Month, a campaign of Sunday missions. This means that our modpack temporarily has an additional map (1.3GB) and a few additional items that aren't normally included. Once the campaign is over the modpack'll be updated to remove them. We've only got a few simple rules, but they're important. Oh, and PSA: If anyone asks you if you want a pet sea mine, the answer is no and you'd better start sprinting away.
I don't see the Discord in the OP.
you can find it on the herokuapp page https://discord.me/fparma
The secret missions continue. (Guide slot is reserved for Kilowatt, forgot to add that one.) Every time I want to play Arma 3 there's a new 10gb update... How fucking big is this game now?! [editline]28th October 2017[/editline] Steam store says 20 gb but there's no way that's accurate

The entire Arma 3 folder without the modpack weighs 27.7GB for me.
People who complain about arma's size should see doom and its fucking 67GB

[editline]28th October 2017[/editline] Steam store says 20 gb but there's no way that's accurate
It's a mixture of Apex existing and the EBO format being used for the currently encrypted DLC files. People with Apex get way bigger downloads, and EBO files I think have to be completely replaced every time there's an update because they're encrypted, at least until they're replaced with the old PBO format to allow modders to open them up and look through the files.
