If I do something like this I'd wait for Tanks DLC first, but I'll definitely keep this in mind if I want to make something like this later. The only issue with it is that it would give anyone with the addon an unfair advantage unless everyone has it.

I'll also be working on equalizing the sound between different aircraft/vehicles since each vehicle muffles different amounts of sound. Case in point- the Black Wasp makes the sounds particularly quiet while flying the Ghost Hawk the sounds are a bit louder. As for Firewill compatibility, I can do that. PM me the links to the addons and I'll start working on it at some point.

There's no fucking doing it. The ground just swallows infantry, large vehicles, even buildings, and not normal, night vision or thermal will spot them anymore. Same shit in tanks or stuff like that too. Looking from afar on enemies on a hill? Forget about it.
so I just bought A3 during the steam sale + all of the DLC since it was so heckin' cheap and holy fuck what a difference from A2. I loved the hell out of A2, but this is such a serious improvement. The editor is nice enough (wtf was A2's editor lol) that I might actually have to try my hand at editing things and making maps, now. It feels less clunky too, and the workshop integration is really nice to finally have. I'm still a lonely fuck who has relegated himself to playing wasteland, though. I had a ridiculously silly few battles (that I doubt need to be told here), and generally have an alright time playing that, but I'll probably play with FPARMA eventually once my weekends feel less awful and busy.
Making new [I]maps[/I] is (still) an unholy ritual that requires sacrificing your first-born hard drive, but Eden makes scenario-making far easier than the old 2D editor. There are also lots of decent/great scenarios on the Workshop; that being said there is a near-infinite amount of trash as well, as can be expected. Also, [URL="https://discord.gg/ymxpeS8"]feel free to join us in our Discord[/URL], even if you don't have time to play with us on weekends, yet. We talk about basically everything Arma, not just stuff relating to our specific group. Neat mods and maps that may or may not ever be added to our modpack, single-player scenarios and persistent campaigns, etc.
Squad layout for sundays OP is changing from 3x10 to 3x8. I will add a fourth squad in the mission for reserve, but I don't expect that many players nor does it really work too well for this mission to have that many. Until the mission is changed, do not sign up for the second FTL slot, or the fourth rifleman slot in a squad.
