need to runecraft to complete my last base 70 stat but there is no way I can runecraft with the amount of lag going on for the last week

I've been playing for almost 10 years now. I can get the 10 year vet cape in this coming November. Looking back on the years i've had some good fun, but one thing that I have never really gotten past: I still don't have a single skill at 99. Something about grinding for more than an hour along with periods of off and on has just lead to me not being so great at the whole leveling up thing. My highest skill right now is my magic, at like 83 or something. I'm honestly more about the quests than anything else, but the quests require skilling, but i don't much like the skilling cause it takes a while and i'm more interested in the quests. It's pretty much just a result of my laziness.

With those levels, spinning flax is probably one of your best options. Something else you can do is hop worlds at the rune shops and buy all the death runes to resell at the grand exchange. If you are a member I would definitely recommend getting your farming level up and having herbs growing at all times for an easy 50-100k profit every 80 minutes.

Any quests recommended? Would be topnotch if they helped with attack lvls, as I need to get 60 asap to get my dragon weapons. at 51 atm doing sand crabs and its getting slow.
