F2p OSRS has a free boss now at hill giants.

f2p of either game is always going to be pointless rs3 has a few free bosses (kbd and giant mole I think are the two) but since f2p gear is so trash in comparison to member gear, you can only realistically do the bosses at 80+ combat stats

At least that's what happened to me. I couldn't beat the main boss in The Death of Chivalry, as I was forced to fight them with rune armour while they were scaled to my level.

Just wanted to know if there were any big changes. Speaking of how's OSBuddy doing if anybody still uses that for OSRS?

That one was impossible in f2p at my level for me. I had to bring ranged gear and abuse the safe space up the stairs on the boat to survive while smacking the boss 1 arrow at a time.

Although I think the tutorial island one would be as bad. I just tanked it with Bandos armour and a Godsword, can't imagine doing it with rune armour. Speaking of the tutorial island one though, did they open Taverley up to F2P? Last I remember, it was a members' area.

Originally, it was also meant to act as the new tutorial zone, where you'd be learning all the basic skills while helping to fight against an invading army of hilariously weak trolls.

Once every few months I return to OSRS to do clue scrolls. Today is that day.

I also remember dying several times and freaking out as I ran back to the from Falador freaking out hoping I hadnt lost everything.

So after looking at the population count for RS3 and OSRS, I tried playing OSRS. Holy shit is it loads better. I can actually make sense of everything on the screen. My eyes aren't bleeding anymore. There isn't a cosmetic market on there so I don't see girls wearing bikinis and dudes wearing death knight wings to cover their high level armor. Overall less eye strain and better environment. But damn are bots everywhere, stealing my coal.

In the min? Skill level worlds?

There's worlds you can join when you reach x total level, I think the first one is 750 or 1000 total though so might take you a couple weeks to get into them

Which I assume bots are unlikely to be in because they don't have a variety of skills leveled?

It's the closest to the old runescape size. i can't use a full screen because i like to multitask. and im not a hardcore bossing player. i just turn the camera and use the mouse and whatever.
