Seeing how we have a fairly dedicated number of FP'ers who are active, I think it is time to either populate or replace facepunchcc, or consider actually making an active clan of our own.

Decided to give rs another try after 4 or 5 years not playing and remembering my old account, bought membership, IGN is Sum Ting Won think i gave my account to a mate after i stopped playing because when i logged on again i had a abyssal whip which i could never afford, was so happy before i found out they aren't worth 2.1mill anymore..

Apparently my password is incorrect, even after I make a new one. I'm a bit confused.

I remember I had a friend who played runescape with me and we were good friends at school. He never seemed that great the game but he was good, could afford things if needed. He and my other friend were tied into a competitive battle on skill and would constantly compete with each other with magic and quests. Anyway I remember one day him randomly messaging me and it was a hacker, apparently he was a major scammer and hacked a lot of peoples accounts for stuff, his bank was full of whips, dragon gear, rune, money etc, I was like sheeeeit and this guy ended up giving me all his dragon shit and the whip and shield. He later came on bawwing his eyes out and I just played naive. I still own the whip and shield as well as the dragon stuff, of course its not nearly as valuable as it was back then.

I'm having a problem with the new combat level system.. I got every combat stat at 99 except Defence which is at 90. I'm still a lower combat level then someone with 99 Def/99 Strength and really low ranged/mage/prayer etc.

Besides, in combat, you are most likely only going to be frequently using your strongest attack style in a PvP situation, and EVERYONE uses defence for damage mitigation, so I personally think the change makes sense. It is just to give people a general idea of what you are up against. You could probably still hand him his ass on a silver platter no matter what his level was in anything.

Okay, I'll still be working on the OP over time today but I need 4 others to meet me at the clan camp if we want to make a FP clan. Send me a message in game- Xianthane I'll be in the clan camp on world 2.

I still think it's stupid taking in to account only one faucet of the combat triangle when they calculate your combat effectiveness. If I would get my Defence to 99 and go and fight someone who only has 99 Strength and Defence. In a one versus one PVP scenario I would destroy him, even though we're the same combat level. As far as I am aware, the HTML version still uses Java (at least when initializing), it just has added HTML features such as the better visuals and making everything look like a painfully bright sunflower meadow.

Thinking of getting a new RuneScape account. Haven't played it in years. Anything remotely brand new in RS3 besides better graphics? Also I heard you can now play RS3 on tablets and whatnot?

Is it worth conning back to rs for rs3? As a FTP? I had an acc 6-7 years ago but I gat tired of killing hill giants for their big bones to feed my obsession for rune god armor that combined with the fact that I more or less forgot my pass and I got 2 emails talking about account infraction so it had proably got hacked Is it worth starting over again?

now that you're older you'll probably be able to appreciate the game more for its story and adventures if that sounds good to you then go for it

wondering if the game is worth getting back into as well. is it still a huge grindfest with very limited f2p activities?
