Decided to play again for the first time in 7 years. Still remember my account and password. I see the community hasn't changed at all. Currently training to 45 agi so when I grind 99 fishing I don't have to go back anywhere else, but 30-99 fishing, doing fly fishing (and dropping) to 70 and then barbarian fishing to 99, how long will that take?

old design seemed more mystical whereas the newer one feels more zeus-ish i don't think they should have actually been designed, and instead all given various descriptions so as to have no one true appearance.

Were a bunch of quests deleted from the game? Says I have only completed 3 of them, but I had completed every free quest by the time I quit. Also, where's a good place to train strength on free worlds (currently level 72 strength, 81 combat)? I'd do Clan Wars, but have no clan.

So there's quite a bit of weird changes, the only intentional misinformation was the Avernic book, like saying the Infernal Realm is a Realm (it's a Planet, it's called Infernus) whilst also claiming one of the cities there is called Dis (which is likely real). i just think it's weird that Gods intentionally sounded like etheral creatures that had extreme powers, but was later handwaved as eons of stories and misinformation claimed as fact. heck, apparently Bandos was the strongest of the gods besides Guthix, Seren and Zaros during the God Wars. but then he was weakened down just from creating the Bandos' avatar then bringing Zanik back to life. (which surprisingly something Sara couldn't do perfectly to Sir Owen with a wand [I]TWICE[/I]). Now they're not the most powerful beings, we still have something like 10+ Mahjarrat that's at Avatar or higher in terms of power. the Dark Lord is mostly dead, so we only really have Drakan or maybe Rabid Jack (theorized to be a Pirate God) as major antagonists, before squaring off Sliske's Battle Royale plot, presumably doing some Light-as-Darkness Seren plotpull, or having the Dragonkin or having the remains of Zaros' Avernic Demons (now banished to the abyss) as potential Antagonists.

If I remember correctly Saradomin was a mortal made god somehow according to his own words, so him screwing the pooch on resurrection seems pretty common to me. Bandos, I'm not too sure. But it's possible he could have been a god longer and thus was stronger.

Bandos killed Jododu Otoku; an ascendant god and got his powers from him. it also killed his race and presumably obliterated his planet into cosmic dust. (context, Jododu was keeping an astroid belt from striking the planet) Bandos seemed like he was more for battle, reviving Zanik linked her to him but also saps his energy, same for making the avatar, she got weak after world event 2 after he died, but [sp]she gets stronger if you let her live[/sp] in Mighty Fall, presumably because Bandos was brooding in Yu'Biusk for so long that [sp]she got energized[/sp]. think they mentioned somewhere that Sara was one of the oldest Young gods... guessing it's... Old Cycle of Elder Gods (either dead, or reincarnated) Dragonkin (hid inside abyss), New Elder Gods, Mah, Zaros/Seren, Mahjarrat, Saradomin, Jododu Otoku, Bandos, Armadyl, Guthix, Marimbo, Zamorak. at least from earliest to oldest, in terms of existence. desert gods probably can squeeze in there somewhere. it's sorta easy to piece bits together, since Guthix said he found the Horn, Staff and Stone on Gielinor, hinting that Armadyl is probably older than him. but Marimbo came into power just because another god got drunk and died which alluded to the Horn. (assuming she didn't leave the Monkey world, they mentioned they lose the horn when drunk...so maybe Eastern Lands?)

I havent played this game in nearly 5 years, but i decided to boot up my old profile after a quick password recovery My username was changed to random letters, my skills reset, basicially it became a new randomized profile I was depressed but i wanted to try the 07scape but you have to be a member? meh, i might try to find a 14 day trail or something but rs3 is definitely not in my taste after running around for a bit, i guess i got all the mmo in my personality out when i left right before EoC I mean i ran to lumbridge and nobody was there, but that used to be the hangout spot of the world, But now you start in taverly, nobody really talks to strangers, it just feels like a shell of what i remember it

Every single legacy user I've seen at BA can't play. Like, at all. They dont even call, and then wonder why everyone kicks them out. Seen this literally 100% of the time its silly. Jeeze I just wanna get mad bxp gains in mining and agility.

At last after so much grinding, I can finally join the leagues of shark catchers. I also have 11627 fish to cook now...

The collector's Insignia looks interesting, but the problem is that i just absolutely [I]hate[/I] Barbarian Assault, i never played a game since 2 weeks after the [I]original release[/I], so on top of the 500 collector points to obtain it, i'll have to do all 10 waves, kill the king then earn 1.4k points to level the role just to have the ability to buy it at all..it may or may not be worse since now that the minigame is important, chances are there's just too many scrubs about. Still though, a Pocket Slot Ring of Wealth looks quirky for what it is, since it means you could wear something like a Ring of Vigor or whatever, if you're not using the slot to hold something like a Charming Imp on an Abyssal Demon task. if it's charged up though, you can activate it to count as a doubled ring of wealth, which sounds cool...it even boosts odds of Dragon Full helms from pyre ships and odds of chewed bone drops from Miths. 0,0 Looked at the wiki...have to kill the kind at least 5 times...god, the minigame would probably be dead by then if people hoarded points, they'll leave after killing the 5 kings.
