so runescape has a merchandise store and a god-awful shirt designer
but why spend 80bux on tshirt when I could invest it to buy gf
My account is bugged atm lol, The game says im banned but im not and it tells me everytime i log in that i've been banned. I can just close the window and keep playing
So, there's Vic the Trader in Burthope, traded in all my surplus bonus xp since in maxed besides Dugneoneering, think i got about 2241 or so points. so i just traded them in for 4 golem parts...sure there's something whimsical about the Swagger Stick/Bag, but those are 2k points. at least with Golem parts, there something of a vanity aspect....it's probably much more unique to wear (and even less weight) than actually wearing golden mining armor...which lacks the weight bonus, but also gives the 5% XP bonus for owning the actual set. in all seriousness, the Golden Mining Helm is 20kg alone.
apparently a full golem suit is 5% chance of success from ores and rocks*, having a full Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald set enables you to combine it into a Magic Golem set, which itself is 7% chance of obtaining ores, plus aggression immunity within there.
* unofficial wiki just says "from ores and rocks" but it doesn't mention LRC, except in the Magic Golem Article when talking about the aggression immunity.

afaik it works on any rock, even if it doesn't give ore and the bonus should even apply to Seren and LRC.
I managed to get ~700 points. Got myself my final Diviner piece and another Shaman one and two Prismatic Stars :v:

How do you imagine this will affect your campaign?
dumping bxp in maxed skilled would only net me 400~ points. not worth it tbh.
I didn't even know about vic. Turned my bxp into 15k dung marks, which I either invest in a nature staff or save up for the efficiency scroll.

Save up. Nature staff isn't worht it, just get a Runic one from Runespan.
if you're preparing for the XP weekend in November, you probably should obtain the skill scrolls from dungeoneering. like the...
• Scroll of Cleansing (1/8 chance of double speed potionmaking, 1/10 chance of saving herb or 2nd)
• Scroll of Efficiency (sporadically saves a bar, only if making things that needs at least 3, higher odds for more bars used)
• Scroll of proficiency (similar to Efficiency, but for constructing items using 3 or more planks, based on the type used)
• Scroll of dexterity (same as above 2, except for 3 of the same crafting materials...oddly scales by level somewhat)
Scroll of Daemonheim seems kinda redundant, since 50% chance per skilling action of having 5% of xp in Dungeoneering XP inside Daemonheim is kinda...meh, somewhat in a same situation as the Scroll of Life, saving seeds is nice, but who wouldn't pay a farmer to protect things like mage trees anyway?
but anyway, i found Cleansing to be quite awesome for herblore, the effects are really noticable, and it felt really great to save torstols when making Overloads years ago, considering that it's made from multiple potions which themselves is also made, you probably have surplus of the lower herbs, which you could then use to make more overload.
They also may or may not add the ability to trade Juju potions in Prifddinas batch 2, they did say that they were thinking of extending a Juju farming potion's duration slightly longer, due to the extra herb patch in Prifddinas, i think Cleansing works on Juju potions too, but you should save Juju materials for when you chug a Guthix's Gift juju potion for 10% herblore xp bonus on jujus for 5 mins. all seriousness, saving herbs/seconds for jujus is awesome for jadinko's that are just annoying to catch, like Igneous Jadinko vines just because the southern area is cluttered with trees to box trap them for example. that, and farm jujus works on juju herb patches which makes your juju herb seeds last much longer.

Protecting high level trees are very rarely worth it. Scroll of Life is one of the best Dung rewards.
Well I'm propably gonna stay f2p for a while, just bought a bond the other day for another 14 days. I have a somewhat weird relationship with runescape, there's these days that I could skill all day long, while at others I just open it and do barely nothing besides standing at the GE.

scroll of life has saved me a few mill in herb seeds alone. very worth.
god damn why did i not start doing runespan earlier
Why would I want a weapon that explicitly wastes my time to be able to use it.
he was joking you dingass
When the inventor skill comes out, I'm hoping for a new sword that's just a bunch of other swords glued together.
I'm definetely gonna miss being a member, been getting my smithing level from 63 to 68 in the last days by repairing cannons.
It's amazing how Jagex has managed to go so far on the road of MMO creep without running out of gas.
After the 95-99 tier weapons come out, which will last 5 mins in combat and are recharged by 10% of its value in godsword hilts, Jag will either have make all combat skills go to 120, or somehow make every barely useful skill somehow contribute to your combat ability after you dumped 150 mil on it.
I think they're gonna do effect/special attack weapons.
eg: new t90 melee weps that have a stronk spec and/or barrows-like effect
I think the general problem now is that although Drygores is commonplace to the rich (not to say that they're as accessible as something like old-time whips), defensively, it's causing people to go either welfare (GWD, Gano) or turtle it out with Ports in terms of defense, Attack is starting to jump from 70 to 80 in terms of accessibility, if you Dungeoneer that is. other than that, assuming there's no major hurdles, there's Tier 80 Crystal Weps in batch 2...
Specs being reintroduced was to placate the older Runescape members who left, but that's only left the doors open for powercreep just because of the old value on old weapons alone, infact there's specs beyond level 75 that the common person could get, it kinda caps off at godswords/Kysaj (w/e it's spelt), there's the weapons made from Araxxi parts, notable for being the only level 90 weapons to have a spec. who knows, maybe Jagex knows that the community placed too much value on Dungeon Content?
Maybe they're trying to slowly get players into doing it by introducing skilling methods for some things, assuming tier 80 crystal weapons doesn't come pre-attuned, still Scrimshaws, the best food and Death Lotus Darts....also combo potions.
Damn, it has been almost a decade since I last logged on in my old character, and someone else has been leveling the shit out of it. The character back then was around level 70 with 1 skill around 70 at most, and now look at my character's skills:

Someone somewhere is going be mad as hell once I recover it back
Could it be your inactivity caused them to reset your username, and someone else snatched it? That may be what you're looking at. Maybe. I don't know how they reclaim unused handles, but if it's been a decade... I don't see why someone would just be using an account that wasn't theirs. Check on it.

Probably because of the recent name resets.

Oh so that's why I had so many hashes (?) in the friend and ignore lists.
And I was able to change my nick so it doesn't contain numbers.
There needs to be an updated way to train agility.
Something in the same way RC were giving the runespan.
Right now it's way too boring to train with repeating agility courses.

To me it seems that someone changed the display name of the character
Back then I don't think there were display names, only login name which also was shown in-game
When I sent the recovery appeal with my old login name I always had, the e-mail about the appeal spits out the character's name whose skills I took a picture of
Does anyone want to buy my account? I'll sell it for like 10 bucks and it's got full bandos armor and like 10 mil. I can provide screenshots.

Silverhawk feathers makes it a buyable, but it's outrageously expensive, like ~70gp/xp even at high levels. Honestly still worth it for how brain numbing running courses is.
I bought a Silverhawk feather but I can't use it without the boots, how do I get them boots?
[editline]5th October 2014[/editline]
So apparently I get them from those key roll things?
I bought 110 keys so far and nothing yet, but I have total of 304k total bonus XP waiting to be earned...

I've heard that the new Agility arena coming in batch 2 of Elf City will be AFKable.

Post screenshots. You're better off selling the account on a site like Sythe or PlayerAuctions because no one will buy it here. And unless it has multiple 99s and almost maxed combat it will not be worth very much at all.

There are three ways to get them at the moment. Treasure Hunter(VERY rare) Bonus XP Trade Guy in Burthorpe(500pts for a pair of boots) or the Balthazaar Raffle(Discontinued)
