Runescape V8 - I don't know, I just wanted a runescape thread that wasn't about the 2007 version - Games

back on 07 for the moment, 50att/str/def now and wondering where the best place to grind my attack up to 60 is? i'm just doing experiments atm and getting a tad sick of it. i've done a few quests towards it, will probably do a couple more tomorrow

oh yeah I forgot about slayer, my current task is something like 160 crawling hands so I just put it to the back of my mind because of the shitty xp

it was actually vannaka that gave me the crawling hand one, finished it and got ogres though so all is good

Rune bots are some seriously easy money as lvl 55 [img]http://i.imgur.com/Pc9u136.png[/img] I made over 600k from it in less than 20 minutes, I only took one pic though.

I'd recommend you are around a quite low level like 50-60 because then lvl 100+ cannot attack you and 120+ can help you. You DO NOT want to be attackable by them or you might aswell stop trying rune ores because its suicide. 80s and 90s can be killed if you run into multi if you got a team, but 100+ with 99s will just wreck you and you got no chance against those players. The runebots as far as I have seen so far is around the level of 30-40, and they hop worlds to avoid pkers. Being level around their level is what I recommend. There are however "legit" players mining aswell but those are mostly 100+.So there really is no single world everyone is in, its simply about hopping worlds and hoping until you find a bot or player that is mining.

Playing oldschool feels so fun. especially as an ironman. its like im really back in the day, since I rarely traded with anyone because I didn't know shit about how to play the game.

Is there really any money to be made in osrs by botting the wilderness rune ore spot? Seems kind of out there when you can potentially earn more money/hr by using a coal spot not too far from Edgeville

so i've got a full bandos set, guthans set, can easily do barrows now and have sorta been enjoying it but i don't really know where to go from here. i'm feeling sort of unfulfilled because this is the kinda shit i would've dreamed of having as a kid but it was so easy to get it all (this is rs3 btw) and because of that i keep hopping between rs3 and osrs thinking that things would be more rewarding on osrs. however, osrs has less content, poor graphics, my mates don't play it, everything is twice the effort so i'm sorta stuck on what to do all the rs pros in the thread are probably getting mad at me making such shit posts recently but could someone help me out here? i'll post my stats, can anyone give me a couple of goals i should try and achieve or something? and i'm still really overwhelmed with all of the new weapons and armour [IMG]https://d.maxfile.ro/sbrjrjsqyi.PNG[/IMG] [img]https://d.maxfile.ro/ofkfahjscu.PNG[/img]

based on those stats you should work on literally anything that isn't combat

yea, work up those non-combat stats. try to get a balanced statrange, so you can do more quests (since a lot of quests have sub-40 non-combat requirements)

on rs3 is it even worth me going to the effort to pick up a helm of neitiznot or is it just useless now? from what i can tell online the strength bonus is gone now the same goes for the fighter torso? i wish they hadn't inflated the numbers of the stats, it's a lot easier in osrs to tell what your max damage is, what armour attributes to what etc

Do the commanders still spawn in Hard Mode when fighting the Generals of the god war dungeon? I would assume they do.
