After 11 hours I played my first ranked matches today, 2 vs 2. I figured I'd wait until I have more experience before doing ranked. My teammates didn't think so. Ended up with a teammate who made goals in our own goal, and one who moved the ball out of the enemy goal. fucking 10/10

There's an unwritten rule stating at least one team has to have a fucknugget who scores a really dumb self-goal every game. Never fails. You're basically flipping a coin every time you enter a game on whether you'll be the team with the one goal handicap or not.

Yes oh my god I've been wanting post-game highlights for a while now, especially ever since they added that goddamn rotating camera at the end of the round. I didn't realize they changed it at first, but when a friend mentioned it I couldn't stop feeling uncomfortable with it.

i didn't expect hoops to flourish, but i didn't expect it to die out so fast either. i was on yesterday evening and couldn't even get a game for hoops. even when i do it's usually at least one bot on either team.

Hoops isn't what I was expecting. I was expecting normal ball physics with a normal sized field, just with the hoops instead of the standard goals. I really, really hate the physics of the hoops ball, I think that killed all of my interest in the gametype completely. The court also feels too small.

I love hoops. Are the physics actually different? I never really quite figured out if it was real or my imagination.

Court size is my only real complaint and why I don't play it much.

Played a game with some friends that had custom settings for the basketball making it more like the standard ball and it was much more fun.

i definitely prefer the main game mode, but hoops is definitely still fun. i agree that the court size is a bit meh, but it's whatever, really. recently bought the takumi DLC as well. love that car, it looks sick and i'm pretty good with it too. i hear the other car in the supersonic fury pack is like, super good for aerial hits though. [/QUOTE] Dominus is not better per say, its viewmodel is very rectangular with straight lines and the actual hitbox is close to the viewmodel. For this reason it might be easier to accurately hit balls where you want them.
