Finally figured out how to drive a motorcycle, the only issue I learned inside of a garage, left the motorcycle running and hopped off to open the garage door. Of course after slamming into the door and other things inside the garage multiple times there were at least 10 zombies waiting at the door from all the noise, felt good to drive out of there in a jiffy.

Yeah but since corpse decay isn't in yet you'll end up with a shit load of corpses everywhere. Better keep track of where the thing you're hunting is, because otherwise you'll be running around butchering everything. Also they added in variable rot times based on temperature, to the point where cooked meat won't last a full day in Summer.

Well, for some reason I seem to be able to cook rotten meat into perfectly edible meals, so I just cook it on demand.

Edit: Don't do this, learned that rotting comes in various stages and that cooking only bumps it up somewhat, so something that's just started to rot can be made edible again, but thoroughly rotted food can't.

Stumbled upon a survival basement sort of thing which had a zombified police K9 unit in it, so basically a Zombie dog with kevlar armor.
I couldn't hit the thing no matter how hard I tried and there was no outrunning it.

There's a Mac build available on the site, but I don't know how reliable it is. I'm pretty sure the dev team builds for Linux and Windows primarily, I remember seeing someone asking about a Mac build and another person mentioned one particular person was in charge of compiling or porting it for Macs.

Got really luck. I found a medkit to clean out the deep wound in a random house. I was also able to kill a brute by parkouring over some wreckage and giving him a bash or two every tile or so.

As far as I know, there's nothing ingame yet that can convert tainted meat to edible meat. The survival skill tooltip used to mention a high level being able to convert it, but that was never implemented.

Boarded up windows are sturdier, and I think they block scent better. I'm not sure about that though, taped windows might be better for that.

Got pretty lucky. Found a go bag at a crash site and there is another evac shelter a bit further from town that I'm using as my main base. Was able to raid a grocery store during the night, including two jugs that I filled with water. I also found a food dehydrator.

How do I use the dehydrator, by the way?
