Oh cool, if you pick up a empty shell (by shaking the Buzzy Bettle or Spiny) on SMB3, SMW and NSMB, and you press down while holding it, you will equip it.

I'm really bad at making levels. I think I add too many dick moves. However, I did want to try out making a Shovel Knight level. Ran out blocks so had to cut it short... For Shovelry! (Shovel Knight) (0183-0000-0073-B1AC) Feel free to check out my other levels by checking my account after if you want. A few small ones in particular are purposely bad though because I made them to mess with my friends. I really hate that you have to have popular levels to upload more.
I hate how it seems like you'll need a fucking absurd amount of stars to get to 10 medals. Been keeping track myself and it's 1 star 50 stars 150 stars 300 stars 500 stars 800 stars So far
Tried making a Boo House level. Try it! It's not perfect but I had fun doing it. To even hope to get that amount of stars at some reasonable rate you'd either somehow need to hit the popular creators list, or be a damn Youtube personality with hundreds (or thousands) of viewers.
As I would expect, my most popular level is the one I put by far the least amount of effort in, being just a shit recreation of the original Pac Man stage I spend around 10 minutes making instead of 1-2 hours for my other levels. It's not even designed well, making it so you need one of the 2 accessible invincibility stars to make it over a weird gap to the flagpole.
I know it'll never happen but I pray this game will go on sale someday or something. I'm scared by the time I get the game the online aspects of it will have died down or something.

They want something they can beat in 20 seconds. They are grinding the 100 Mario Challenge for costumes. If it has any difficulty they skip it.
I've never played Super Mario World, so I never learned how to use the cape. :v: [editline]27th September 2015[/editline] Anyways, I made my first level to show everyone. It's honestly really short and simple, but I like to make levels that make you think, rather than stupidly hard levels that are borderline unfair. 1F9A-0000-0075-1D19 The level's name gives you a hint on what you're supposed to do. I'm sure it's pretty easy and not hard to figure out what to do, though.
I threw water level together because I feel like it's something everyone has to do. It's not too long, if you just go quick and straight through, it takes no more than a minute really. Aquatic Ruins: A0B7-0000-0079-21D9 There are three 1-ups hidden on the level in total. Secret 1: [sp]When you come across the three spike traps in a V-shape by a partial bridge, just past the upper pipe, there is a hidden 1-up right next to the ground's ledge.[/sp] Secret 2: [sp]At the two-story building, there is a hidden POW block one row above and between the coins. Bring it further along and get into the door for 2 lives and a feather.[/sp]
Can I get some opinions on my newest level? I tried something a bit different then normal and not really sure if it paid off or not. You know what this game would have REALLY benefited from? QR codes for levels. Wait, nevermind the damn pad only has the front camera.
Can I get some opinions on my newest level? I really like it. Both paths are decently balanced and the level as a whole is pretty enjoyable. Gonna start checking out your other levels.
Here are three more: Burnin' Blurp's Castle (has a cape gliding section) [T]https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.net/ss/WVW69ib0tEci7v2FYZ[/T] 86F6-0000-007A-CE3B Running of the Boos [T]https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.net/ss/WVW69ib00QAhHOURmG[/T] C009-0000-007A-D660 Pistachio Pipeworks [T]https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.net/ss/WVW69ib026EU7mVggl[/T] C598-0000-007A-D95A Noticed that I forgot to upload an image when I posted it before, so here is Which Way Do I Go Chateau again since it hasn't gotten many visits. It's based on SMB1 "right/wrong" mazes. Which Way Do I Go Chateau [T]https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.net/ss/WVW69iaDNpcGrLrein[/T] 5F13-0000-0058-1B0C
So...how many people play you guy's stages normally? I barely get people playing mine...
I finally got it! Please try my first level and tell me how to be the best level maker 4707-0000-007B-B0AF Springy Stalagmites
Well finally made another level in Super Mario World style: Course ID: AE9E-0000-007C-3FD9 Course Name: Spin, Switch & Jump Level is based on a certain Kaizo Mario 2 level. It's not ball-busting unfair, but it's hard. You just got to learn when to use the spin jump & regular jump in some parts.
So...how many people play you guy's stages normally? I barely get people playing mine...
Mine seem to circulate a little bit, I put so many out though that it's probably easy to wind up with one. Almost at 1,000 stars as of writing, wonder if I'll get credits or something when I hit it
Took a crack at trying to make a "coast" themed level. [T]https://d3esbfg30x759i.cloudfront.net/ss/WVW69ib9alcuPhE3g3[/T] Cheep Cheep Lagoon 77B2-0000-007C-F5C5
I saw low clear %'s on some of my stages I was sure were easy enough so I wanted to do a small test and made 2 levels as absolutely authentic as I could that have hazards, but absolutely no tricks. Just normal ass platforming. I genuinely cannot wait to see what kind of % they get as I'm sure I idiot proofed both of them. What kind of clear percentages are you looking at?
What kind of clear percentages are you looking at?
I've made a literal straight line joke level with like a single bill launcher and it's got a 60% clear rating [editline]30th September 2015[/editline] [sp]The level is heavily decorated but there's literally next to 0 danger in the players path. There's literally two spike balls in it and there are so many x's around it it's baffling.[/sp]
One of the first levels I played was really hard and I kept dying, but then I accidentally found out it was supposed to be an autocomplete level, and you were supposed to wait for a spring to shoot out of a bill launcher in the beginning. I didn't know it was an autocomplete level because the name was in japanese. I thought it was just a hard level with a bunch of crap floating in the air.
When I start a japanese level that's not expert mode I always stop at the very start of the level to see if a cannon is behind me. If there is I just wait. Also 1k stars! Got nothing for it but I feel pretty happy about it!

My brother was kind enough to let me borrow his WiiU & SMM. This game is really fun and addicting! -edit- Is it just me or are 90% of all ''expert'' levels random spamming bullshit levels?
I'm trying to unlock new costumes, but all I'm getting are automatic levels. I wanted to play other people's levels, not have them play for me...
My brother was kind enough to let me borrow his WiiU & SMM. High star ranking + low completion? if it's just monster stack spam I'd wager there's probably kids doing 'like for like' trades somewhere [editline]e[/editline] that'd make sense for auto-play levels, high star ranking and high completion rates
Expert levels are the ones with <10% completion rate. It doesn't consider why they are low completion, it just assumes it's because they are hard instead of unfair. They sort of thought about this ahead though so if you feel like it's the kind of level that will kill you on a whim, just sweep across the screen to jump to a new level without losing a life.
