This game makes me want a wii u so badly.
Also, I can't find the party or firework effect, where are they?
Shake the Maracas for the Disco Party and the Punching Glove for the Fireworks.
If anyone is interested you get something special for beating the Fly Swatter mini-game. [sp] You'll unlock the Builder Mario costume. [/sp] Also I decided I'm just going to leave the level code for the level I mentioned earlier. 9115-0000-0014-0934 It's called Watch out for Piranha Plants and as the name indicates most of the hazards are Piranha Plants. Hope you guys enjoy it.
I made a level. The end requires you to be damaged or you'll be fucked. ID: 2CBD-0000-001E-0D24
Is there a way to view the player loss locations on maps you've uploaded, like what you can briefly see upon losing a life? I want to figure out why people are struggling so hard with what I thought were fairly basic courses. [editline]edit[/editline] And now someone apparently didn't manage to finish my thirty second gag level based entirely around hand-holding. How? How?
I made a couple of levels that I think aren't too bad, and I'd like to hear your thoughts on them. Flying on the Wings of Victory - BA48-0000-001C-4DE3 Short & Sweet - F078-0000-001E-4EE7
Alright, after a couple of hours of trying to think of something, here's mine: Course ID: 5BC5-0000-001E-7380 Course Name: Monty Mole's Panic Hole
Yo here's a level I made that I'm proud of that probably won't get any stars because I didn't make it super easy 574A-0000-001E-9C46 Please enjoy :)
Can you make Podoboos/Lava Bubbles in Mario Maker? They're always in the castles, + they're adorable in NSMB.
Can you make Podoboos/Lava Bubbles in Mario Maker? They're always in the castles, + they're adorable in NSMB.
The jumping fire balls? Yes.

I didn't really have to think, I was just running past everything. I like your style though.

Looking at it now I probably could of hinted to it far, far better though yeah.
Maybe the OP should have some kinda list of the best level codes from this thread?
I like this game so far, but god damn, having no slope/ramp tiles takes a LOT of life out of the franchise, and inclines have been a thing since mario bros 3.
So can I play the actual platforming parts with a pro controller rather than the gamepad? That's really the deciding factor for me and my tiny, tiny hands. I get doing the making with the ganepad that's fine but I wouldn't want to do proper platforming with it.
I've made (yet another) Metroid themed map I've tried to replicate Brinstar and Kraid's Lair along with some common Metroid elements like backtracking and vertical rooms BAF2-0000-001F-5486
So it's true: If you beat all Nintendo World Championship Levels, you are able to access the Skinny Mushroom at your leisure, which I'm going to do now. Also seen on the video, the 8-Bit Mario Classic and Modern Amiibo has their own Mega Mushroom Skin.
Shame they didn't put Shovel Knight in this, hopefully they'll add him in an update or something.
Made a simple stage involving a lot of Magikoopa's and bricks. 8C2F-0000-0020-7C3E
Wowzers I beat the NWC levels.
Everyone check out EC8A-0000-001E-1AF8. it's not mine but it's excellent.
Also check out 987C-0000-0021-DC3B It's mine and it's nice. I hope. I'm still getting back into the groove of making levels but I had a lot of fun with this one.
I made a creepy SMW level, it has some pretty tough jumping in it FA83-0000-001C-5B33 Also, I am seeing a lot of people skipping my stages that aren't even hard. Its a downer that people will just skip through challenging levels because there is no consequence to skipping on 100 Mario mode.
I get the feeling that the Auto Mario levels no matter how boring are getting star'd to hell and back because there's no effort in completing it. It's a shame honestly. [editline]12th September 2015[/editline] Also people found unused costumes -Mr Saturn -The pink rabbit from the Japanese background shop -Popo -Mario 2 Mario -Balloon Fighter
Can you make Podoboos/Lava Bubbles in Mario Maker? They're always in the castles, + they're adorable in NSMB.
If you add wings to them you get the diagonal-moving ones that bounce off walls from Super Mario World.
Try my map if you're brave enough 2CD6-0000-0022-AD1F
I'm going to shill my level here too. It's a Super Mario Bros. 1 castle level. [t]http://i.imgur.com/dpMvxzh.jpg[/t] 405B-0000-0022-4A35
all my levels are super short. I'm not very creative.
Try my map if you're brave enough 2CD6-0000-0022-AD1F
I gave up once I died 10 times to the Bullet Bills and the spike balls. Shit's fucking hard.
all my levels are super short. I'm not very creative.
Short level ≠ Bad level More than often I enjoy a short, fun level more than a long, drawn out level; especially since there are no checkpoints in the game.
Has anyone tried making a "shooter" level that's scrolling, where you fly around with Bowser's Clown Car and shoot fireballs at incoming enemies coming from the right? It's something I will probably do when I get the game.
