Is it bad that I kinda wanted some logic objects that does AND, OR ,XOR, NOT, etc for simple things like you cannot pass until [certain enemy here] is defeated?
It's nice that you can unlock stuff by doing the challenges, even cosmetic items.

That would be a great expansion, a logical function to the maker.
Teach people something about programming (sorta) and logic while making Mario levels, sounds like a good idea.

I struggled the most on that. I had to set it aside and beat the other three first.
I'm in the process of making my second stage; though I do like my first short Mario Brothers level.

I was hoping that they would bring back the music maker from Mario paint. Hearing the theme for world 1-1 gets old quickly.

I feel like there's a lot of missed opportunities here. I mean why not playable Luigi, Toad and Peach for real since it's been in previous Mario games and Luigi has been a standard forever. Creative level design for Mario is great but there'd be even more potential if you could also do level design for the Luigi mechanics specifically, or Toad's speed and low jump, or Peach's float jump.
Also, I totally called Mario Maker when 3D World and Land for 3DS and WiiU came out, though I said 3D. Basically it's a bit of a leap of logic but I noticed that in W&L literally everything is made of cuboids and a lot of levels felt like showcases for mechanics more than levels themselves, with the themes and focuses changing on a level by level basis. Idk, I'd like MM3D even more than this since I prefer 3D platforming to 2D.
There really doesn't need to be more characters- Luigi would be nice but otherwise I think it's a little unreasonable for the others done in all 4 styles.
I made a quick Google Form so people can easily submit their levels, making it easier for others to find specific levels without having to browse the entire thread.

I made a rollercoaster using tracks and an angry Wiggler.

So a level entirely based around dodging and footstooling bullets. Not too difficult or long. Quite fun to make. This is probably my favourite course I've made so far.
Also since there's no star coins which really sucks, try to get the 3 1-ups.

Would be nice, more opportunities for creativity and better value for money. I'd be down for DLC for that though.
They need to make it so we can switch music tracks despite the background, like castle music in the overworld. Also being able to put a goal in the subworld if you want your level to end there.
