Oh that's too bad I was looking foward to playing the betas :( Is there any way at all to play them?

Basically, a member of the Valve team had this friend he hadn't seen in a long time, who happened to be a concept artist. So, the valve guy brought him in, with a concept sketch, to show to Gabe Newell. The guy apparently had really turned into one hell of a creepy looking guy, but he didn't think anything much of it. As they were going over the sketch, Gabe pointed at a part of the creature, and asked "what's that?" The artist said "That's the alien's penis". "Uh-huh.." said Gabe. The man went on to explain how he though a sort of sexual domination should be added, rambling on, while the valve guy began regretting ever bringing the man in. Gabe then (Not being serious at all) said "Well sure! That's exactly what we're looking for!" They used the sketch, but took out the penis :v: 'Mr. Friendly', indeed.

Anyways If the guy who is making Quiver/1997 needs any information,I can easely find something.Casue so far nothing of HL beta has poped up,but I do hear alot that HL2 beta doesexist and that people actually have it,but scince HL2 beta exists I'm going to spend most of my time researching on that.WHo knows it might just show up somewere.

Hopefully they're still in development, but there's really no telling. But yes, there is tons of information about the HL2 Beta, all over the internet :v:
